Pros:

Nous avons apprécié la literie confortable et la grandeur des chambres.
A côté de l'hôtel il y a bus et tram afin de pouvoir bien circuler.
L'accueil en particulier de Pilar et Ahmed le lendemain de notre arrivée ainsi que les personnes du service petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le nettoyage : Dans une des chambre, ils ont mis de l'eau pour compléter le savon utilisé pour les mains.
Dans une autre, il n'a pas été remplacé alors que pendant 3 jours il n y en avait plus.
Les draps n'ont pas été changé (une tâche était au même endroit pendant toute la durée de notre séjour.
L'accueil de la personne le premier soir où nous sommes arrivés. (très sec, dans ses réponses, il nous a dit qu'il ne faisait pas de service de restauration alors que votre publicité dit 24/24 h et 7/7 jours ! Et quand nous sommes rentrés après avoir mangé nous voulions un verre du bar, il nous a dit que ce n'était pas possible qu'il fallait aller se servir à l'épicerie !

Pros:

Good energy at the hotel. Little shop to buy snacks and drinks

Coming into the room to clean when I had do not disturb.

Very very basic minimalist hotel at high price

Overall sehr positiv, außer die Sauberkeit der Kissen.
Pros:

Es hat uns gefallen, dass die Betten äußerst komfortabel waren und die Lage ebenfalls sehr vorteilhaft, da man das Zentrum Frankfurts in 10 Autominuten erreichen kann. Die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer Sowie Zimmer selbst war ebenfalls positiv zu bewerten.

Cons:

Leider waren die Kissenbezüge für die Kissen viel zu klein was dazu führte, dass die Bezüge immer wieder abgefallen sind und man nach ein paar Minuten mit den leider sehr dreckigen, schon gelb abgefärbten Kissen da lag. Die Kissen waren unter den Bezügen leider sehr dreckig was dazu führte, dass mein Freund und ich nach unserem Aufenthalt Pickel im Gesicht bekommen haben.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, ein paar Gehschritte weit ist die Bahn. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Sehr ruhig, wir haben gut geschlafen.
