Great hotel, but room to optimise with staff problems
Pros:

Very nice hotel, beautiful rooms and looked very classy.

Cons:

The neighbourhood was not the best. Apparently the hotel was understaffed and the hotel staff were up to their limits. Therefore there was for instance no dinner service, which is a shame, because we had to order our food in instead.
