The drivers attitude
Friendly stuff, clean room good breakfast.
Comfortable room
Airplanes taking off all night. Shuttle bus drivers not friendly and the tipping signs in the shuttle busses.

The fee for transportation back to the hotel. I feel like if you have hotel accommodations the transportation should be included. Your patrons should be informed ahead of time of the return fee prior to booking and the form of payment.

Habitación grande
Una de las razones por las que lo elegí era por el traslado gratis del aeropuerto. El teléfono que me dieron para contactarlos no estaba operativo, no me contestaban por booking y tuve que tomar un taxi. Cuando llegue al hotel, la única explicación del empleado fue: yo acabo de llegar. Por otro lado, el desayuno es malo y todo se sirve en cosas de cartón (plato, cubiertos, etc). No lo recomiendo.
Solo me gustó que es cerca
Lo reservé por la puntuación alta que tiene. Pero no lo vale, llegas cansado no podes pedir comida, el servicio de bus todos lo que pasa es el más tarda y recién arranca el recorrido 6 am que no te lo dicen, tuve que pedir un Uber. El sacador de pelo no andaba…. En fin. Para llegar cansado del vuelo no es resolutivo, está sobrevaluado.

Staff was not helpful, complained 5 times about not having any hot water in our room and they did nothing about it. Didn’t offer to switch rooms
