This hotel is wonderful. Great service, the staff, particularly Mohamed Ibrahim were extremely helpful.
Lovely gym and pool
The oak room restaurant and bar were very relaxing with delicious food. The champagne was very chilled which is always a huge plus.
I will definitely stay here again
This property is outstanding and in a great location. There is a fantastic museum "in the sky" and Sky Deck Observation Tower. Everything is at your fingertips and the mall is beautiful with many high end boutiques just outside the property door. The staff at the Grand Hyatt are top notch and very professional/acomodating. The Nagomi spa is spotless, relaxing and offers exercise/relaxation in the steam, sauna, cold plunge and jacuzzi. The lap pool and jacuzzi are spectacular. I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Tokyo Rippongi and cannot wait to return!
Great hotel. Located in Roppongi Hills, connected to a swanky shopping boutique. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond (i.e., they were diligent in tracking down a ticket for me to see sumo on my last day in Japan...it was sold out and opening day, so no easy feat).
The rooms are spacious and refined. My room had a perfect view of snow-capped Mount Fuji.
Solid gym and spa. The restaurants are great. The French Kitchen for breakfast buffet is delicious; The Oak Room for cocktails, cigars, and live jazz.
Definitely a 5/5 experience.
Returning to the Grand Hyatt in Roppongi for our fifth stay since 2022, I was once again struck by a profound sense of nostalgia. Stepping through these doors no longer feels like checking into a hotel; it truly feels like coming home.
I absolutely love the ambiance of this property. It is not just the flawless, sophisticated atmosphere of the hotel itself, but the vibrant, upscale energy of the surrounding Roppongi area that makes the location so perfect.
The seamless synergy between the Grand Hyatt and its beautiful surroundings creates an experience that is incredibly hard to replicate anywhere else in Tokyo.
What truly sets this property apart, however, is the people. Every single staff member we encountered exemplified the highest standard of courtesy and warmth. My wife insists we stay here every single time we visits Japan, and the consistent excellence of the team proves her right every time.
For this particular trip, I want to express my deepest gratitude for an incident that highlighted their absolute dedication to guest care. On our first night, I happened to get a few mosquito bites in the room. It was a minor inconvenience and obviously no one’s fault, so I had no intention of making a complaint. However, once the staff became aware of my discomfort, their response was nothing short of extraordinary. They stepped in immediately, accommodating my concern with a level of proactive care and attention that went way beyond my expectations.
It is this kind of intuitive, heartfelt service that transforms a great hotel into a personal sanctuary. The Grand Hyatt Roppongi is a genuinely wonderful property, and I am already looking forward to our next homecoming.

Excellent stay from start to finish. Staff, location, facilities and room were all top notch and good value overall. Great breakfast, and some lovely restaurants also.
A charming hotel in one of Roppongi’s most beautiful corners, with an extensive, fresh, and delicious breakfast buffet.
The hotel is a great location for dining and shopping. Easy to get to metro line. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Among the other Tokyo hotels we have visited, we like Grand Hyatt as one of the best. Hope to return again for our 5th stay. Great benefit that you can leave some bags at the hotel as you visit other parts of Japan and have them ready in your room when you return.
The Oak Door is amazing! The staff, Jordan, Steve, David, Sara were absolutely critical to my great experience. It is a must visit whenever you are in Tokyo even if you're not staying at the Grand Hyatt Hotel
I was at this hotel with 3 people in my family. We were in a diplomat suite. We had access to the Grand Club and Nagomi spa. Our experience as Hyatt Globalists was excellent.
The location is very convenient and beautiful. The building is a modern style with beautiful modern art throughout. Our view on the 17th floor included Tokyo Tower. You can see Mount Fuji from the Grand Club windows. The rooms had everything you needed with comfortable beds and complimentary pajamas upon request. Dyson blow dryers.
The spa is where I took a shower every day because it had the best facilities. And massage chairs. The showers had the best water pressure that I have ever experienced. Everything you need from skin care to hair care was provided. The pool and gym were right next to the spa areas. The gym was busy and quite small. The pool and hot tub were very nice.
The meals at the Grand Club were delicious. The evening snacks could easily constitute a meal.
Service is exceptional and unobtrusive. I never noticed when they cleaned and did turndown service but somehow they just knew to come when we were not there.
The location was very convenient for exploring the city. And Roppongi Hills complex is a fun destination on its own.
I will definitely return to this location. Highly recommend.
Very good 3 night pre-cruise stay in a club level city view room. World of Hyatt check-in was swift and professional.
The room was very clean and contemporary without feeling modern. Much of the square footage is taken up in the bathroom. Personally, I would have preferred a bit more space in the bedroom. There were all the expected amenities of a Grand Hyatt.
The Grand Club lounge was typical, but I felt the all-day snacks and beverages were a bit sparse. Club staff were very attentive.
The Grand Hyatt Tokyo is a solid, high-quality product at a reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again.
Even though we stayed at the hotel for only one night, we were very impressed with our experience here. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and professional. They anticipated our needs and went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. The food was great; the atmosphere was excellent! I definitely would consider staying here longer on my next Japan trip.
