A very relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings. The hotel is located on a hill overlooking the harbour and surrounded by stunning scenery. The team are friendly and welcoming.

Location was good, and staff were nice, no other positives unfortunately
Food was poor, overvalued and cold
We visited in early October, the hotel was cold throughout including the none atmospheric dining room and also at breakfast ( same place)

Very nice location, make sure you have a room with Loch view.
Far too expensive for what you get. The hotel is indeed very clean etc but this is not a 5 star hotel. The building from outside looks very sad and poor. Inside it is clean but the bar area and the restaurant need an update…there is no warmth in it at all. And you cannot ask over 300 euros for this hotel.
The staff in the restaurant was very nice though.
The food was okay, but again not 5 star level.
The breakfast was again okay, like you get anywhere else in the UK, but nothing special or more than that.
However, if you want to stay jn this town this is the best option there is, but accept that you pay premium price for what is a 3 to 4 star hotel max.

Extremely overpriced meal (and drinks) on top on accommodation price, we ate elsewhere for a fraction of the cost but very good home cooked food

Location was great. The view were great. Room was very clean and we had nice fluffy towels. Reception was very good, lady was extremely friendly and welcoming.
Breakfast was adequate but would have liked more choice on the buffet table. Fresh bread, more fruit options.
