No quiet hours followed, poop in the pool, sketchy part of town, front desk didn’t answer my phone calls 2+ tries.

You get what you pay for. This was an okay place to crash for a night on a budget.
Pros:

It was cheap, and pretty clean. The food wasn't great but it was free, and the coffee machine in the lobby was nice.

Cons:

There were holes in the sheets and the hand soap dispenser fell off the wall. The walls were thin and we could hear anything that went on in the hall, which disturbed our sleep.

Cons:

They told me they had a hot tub there when I called before I booked the reservation and I get there and there was no hot tub. The shower would not come on in the room so I could not shower before my special event. I went to the front desk. They were rude. They charged me twice for the room and then tried to argue about it and then they called me and said oh sorry we see it was charged twice even though before I left there I showed them it was charged twice.
