Pros:

The staff was great

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t great. The cereal tasted stale, the waffle mix was to liquidy. No cable the entire stay

Comfortable but needs few improvements

Cons:

Showers out of commission n tv/wifi out half the stay. Working on pool so unable to access that area. Very loud construction. Breakfast over before 9

Rooms were nice, customer service non existent
Pros:

The beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. Coffee machine was great. Front desk lady Jessica and the younger girl were very nice and professional.

Cons:

Pool seemed like it wasn't clean and water very cold. Manager was nice over the phone but in person gave me dirty looks. Monica, front desk was very rude. When I tried to get help regarding extra charges on multiple different cards she verbatim said"I didn't do it. You guys need to figure it out" like excuse me it's not my job to do your job correctly and reverse the extra authorizations. Forewarning if you book multiple rooms under one card they will authorize your card in the AM even though you tell them everyone will be paying for their room. And when the others check in they will also authorize their cards for multiple rooms.

Cons:

Fridge in first room wasn't working. We were moved, but it was inconvenient. Breakfast foods were poor quality, filled with sugar & junk.

Lage in Ordnung, aber ich würde es nicht mehr buchen
Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption hat sich um unsere Anliegen sofort gekümmert und gelöst. Allerdings war das Frühstück miserabel. Wir sind dann zum nächstgelegenen Starbucks gefahren und haben dort besser gefrühstückt. Hotel ist sehr sehr laut gewesen. Für eine Nacht ok, wenn man sonst nichts findet. Ich persönlich würde es aber nicht noch einmal buchen.
