The hotel's location is decent and it is just a short walk from the town's main pedestrian street. The staff provided very good service.

Cons:

The hotel is in need of maintenance, rooms and public areas are not cleaned well enough. The photos do not show the actual condition of the hotel at all, and the price is too high compared to the quality.

Great value for a pool and fantastic view steps away from everything in Taormina
Pros:

Great location right at the edge of all of the hustle and bustle of town without being right in the middle of it. Everything was within a 10 minute walk. Our room was very spacious with a large balcony and an amazing view. Breakfast was good - all of the basics you would expect.

Cons:

1. Poor WIFI (moderate inconvenience).
2. The air conditioning in our room was insufficient. We were "comfortable" in the room at best but it was never cold enough for us. When coming back to our room from being out, the temperature change felt so good for a few minutes but then as you acclimated to it, it didn't really feel cool anymore. The dial on the wall was set as low as it would go and it sounded like it was running 24x7 so unsure if it just isn't powerful enough or what. (moderate inconvenience)
3. The shower did not drain properly (minor inconvenience).
4. We could not unlock one of our sliding glass doors (minor inconvenience as there was another sliding glass door that was functional).
5. No USB plugs. For this price and in today's world, this is expected. (minor inconvenience)

It was good for a night stay prior to departure the next morning.
Pros:

Great location. Comfortable room. Luggage assistance from the street.

Cons:

The location is tricky to find, and with 8 large pieces of luggage it was a journey. There is only 1 elevator that has makeshift ramps made-but not the best method for those traveling heavy.

A pass, but hotel is old and tired.
Pros:

Location, pool, junior suite was a good sized room, hospitality staff were good

Cons:

Aircon couldn’t keep up - a big problem in hot weather. Building was tired - badly in need of updating and maintenance. The reception staff need to smile.

Great location with a lovely pool and amazing views.
Pros:

The view was amazing over looking the pool and sea. The room was quite spacious for the 3 of us.
The outdoor pool was lovely.

Cons:

The shower door kept leaking which meant water went all over the bathroom floor. The pillows were pretty solid!
