Cons:

Schlecht gemanagtes Hotel - viele Dinge liefen nicht gut, die einzeln kein großes Problem sind, aber zusammengenommen ein ziemlich schlechtes Bild ergeben:
- der Check-in dauerte eine Stunde
- der Kosmetikspiegel hing am Kabel aus der Wand und wurde vier Tage lang nicht repariert
- das Housekeeping hat weder den Kaffee aufgefüllt noch das Toilettenpapier oder die Kosmetiktücher aufgefüllt, oder die benutzten Gläser und Tassen weggeräumt
- es war nicht besonders sauber
- die Zimmerkarte funktionierte zunächst nicht und der Safe ging nicht mehr auf
- die Rechnung enthält unklare Positionen und meine Fragen dazu werden seit Tagen ignoriert

Praktisch für kurze Aufenthalte
Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut zu Fuß vom Bahnhof "Basel Bad Bf" zu erreichen. Auch gibt es eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Man bekommt einen Gutschein vom Hotel um die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in Basel kostenfrei zu nutzen. Das ist super praktisch!

Cons:

Ich hätte mich über ein besseres Frühstück gefreut. Die Qualität hat mir nicht so gut gefallen. (Service zur Zubereitung von Frischen Eispeisen fehlt).

You’ll feel you’re getting scammed!

Location was ok!

Cons:

They take deposit, you only find out when you are there, if you pay by card they don’t give it back when you leave, also when they get your card data expect charges at 3am in the morning like thieves. Overall a very bad experience, look for something else, I definitely won’t be back there.
