Asking deposit to much.
Nice room and facilities
Bed was not great
Location was good.
The property was extremely dirty.
The floors were sticky and had grime all over them. The carpet was also sticky. Drinking Glasses had dust inside them. The elevator could only accommodate 2 people at a time and it still bounced and swayed. Urgent repairs needed.
The bed was so hard and uncomfortable
Spacious rooms with all the comforts you need for a stay away from home. Beds are comfortable and kitchens well equipped with lovely extra large towels. The staff are also amazing.
Time for some new pillows and possibly linen. It would be nice to have an extra throw rug in each room for colder months. Need some maintenance down in room to manage leaks and mould development. Improved ventilation in bathroom areas would significantly help.
Great position , close to everything I wanted. Staff were extremely pleasant and professional also had excellent people skills.

Staff were good and accommodating.
Cleanliness.. The property is very old needs a bit of updating.. Same with appliances, utensils and others. Wifi is very bad... Cant be used for work. I used my mobile data most of the time for meetings and other important work.
Secure off-street parking. Quiet, relaxing room. Friendly, helpful staff. Short walking to a great choice of eateries.
Cutlery and crockery should be improved. 2 plates, cups, knives, forks and spoons just aren't enough for the stay.
