Excellent location and good value for money
It’s quite aged now , it’s clean and tidy but old
Comfortable place to stay, quite an old motel but Comfortable and warm. Close proximity to everything we needed for our needs. Staff pleasant and accommodating to our needs
It was fine for a short stay. I arrived late evening and reception was closed. The duty manager gave me a room on the ground floor which was helpful as I have a bad knee
No facilities to buy food Sandwiches or snacks and there were no local shops.
I love these apartments. They're so spacious and really well equipped allowing you to cook your own food and enjoy the comforts of home. Great area and good security features. Overall very comfortable and good value for money.

Close to box hill station. Perfect heating and even came with its own fridge.
It could have used another bin besides the one in the bathroom. And possible a microwave?
It’s also a shame you had to book for breakfast/ dinner and it wasn’t open all the time

Cards weren't reliable in opening door. Was told after two replacement cards not to hold the mobile phone to close.

Beautiful location with in walking distance from Box hill station. We got upgraded and both beds had electric blankets and the room was equipped with a reverse cycle which was great for the cold nights.
Everything was excellent, however a microwave would have been awesome.

Booked 2 queen spa rooms for my daughter's 13th birthday weekend as a treat and it was everything we could have asked for.
