Pros:

They made the inside really nice.

Cons:

When we first arrived, there was urine all over the toilet hair all over the bathroom floor. The room was clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. The manager told me that I would receive either a refund credit or Hilton points as compensation, but I have not received either. I would appreciate an update and resolution to this issue.

• die Klimaanlagen bei den Zimmern waren so laut, dass die Wände vibriert haben. Das störte vorallem beim Schlafen.

The decor of the hotel is very cute. Rooms were large and functional with lots of space to spread out.

Cons:

The managerial staff was really not great. The pool was out of order which was one part of the hotel we were hoping to use. When we inquired about other options the person was not friendly or helpful. It was 95 degrees during our stay and she told us we could use the hot tub. She also said because we had booked through booking.com there was no other support they could offer. The strangest thing was the following day when we checked out the next manager told us the pool was functional the whole time — which I am not sure was true as every other staff had told us it was out of order. The walls are thin and you can hear other guests easily. The air conditioner was very loud. For the price I expected better service and accommodations. Wish we had booked at another place in town.

Chill place with great rooms.
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel has a great atmosphere, excellent breakfast and coffee, a nice pool area, and a cozy fire pit that made evenings especially enjoyable.

The staff were friendly, relaxed, and welcoming, creating a very chill and comfortable environment. The location is also perfect for exploring nearby canyons, scenic drives, and off-road adventures.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and one of the highlights of our stay. The only minor disappointment was that I wasn’t able to use my Hilton team member discount, but that didn’t take away from the overall experience.

If you’re looking for a relaxing place with great vibes, comfortable rooms, and easy access to outdoor adventures, this hotel is an excellent choice. We would happily stay here again.

Nice place, great for going to Arches
Pros:

Very clean (except for leftover food from another guest that I found in the fridge/cooker), friendly staff, nice pool (small).

Cons:

Leftover food in cooler/fridge, could easilyhear other guests walking around and using bathroom/shower on second floor.

Schönes aber sehr lautes Hotel
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war neu renoviert und sauber. Schön und liebevoll eingerichtet

Cons:

Das Hotel ist aber EXTREM hellhörig und laut.
Man hört jeden Schritt den ein anderer Gast im Zimmer über einem macht. Das Getrampel war so unfassbar laut, dass das Zimmer gewechselt werden musste.
Die Zimmer zur Straße sind auch sehr laut.

Excellent Basecamp for Exploring Moab
Pros:

Check in was simple and efficient on arrival. Staff were universally pleasant and engaging. Room was clean comfortable well appointed. I particularly appreciated the Dometic electric cooler (eminently more practical than the borderline useless mini-fridges often found in hotel rooms) and was ecstatic to find the room equipped with a Feedback Sports RAKK 2.0 bicycle stand. Common area of hotel is tastefully and unobtrusively decorated with an emphasis on exploring the Moab area. The hotel eschews the traditional “continental breakfast” offered at many hotels for cafe style eatery with light meal options available for purchase along with local brews for the evening. The pool hot tub and fireplace patio is quite lovely and comfortable. I plan basing out of the Slackline on future trips to Moab.
