Nice hotel
Pros:

Aircon and lovely staff. Car parking and a lift.

Chambre spacieuse, propreté, calme, petit déjeuner copieux (manque d'alternatives végétales/véganes au petite déjeuner), climatisation dans la chambre, proche bus

Pros:

Very clean room with kind staff.
We were able to check in very early, right after arriving from the airport so that was amazing.
There's a shopping center right next to it with many eating options and also the airport access was good.

Cons:

At first we didn't get the sheets and bedding for the 3rd person in one of the rooms, but the reception provided them later when we asked.

Gute Lage am Rand von Genfer Innenstadt mit guter Busanbindung direkt vor der Tür. Großes Kongresshotel an einem Einkaufszentrum am Genfer Stadion

Cons:

Wichtig ist zu beachten, dass das Hotel eine Tiefgarage hat, deren Zugang in einer email vor der Ankunft beschreiben wird. Es wäre schön, schon bei der Buchung davon zu erfahren oder im Buchungsbeleg. So haben wir die Info verpasst und lange nach der Parkzufahrt gesucht. Dann waren wir aber sehr zufrieden.

From the beginning of the booking I have had issues with Ramada encore receiving scam WhatsApp messages to being kicked
Pros:

Unfortunately we didn’t get to experience our stay at the Ramada Encore so I cannot review the property

Cons:

We arrived only to be told our room had been given away and the whole process was a complete and utter shambles the reception staff were not helpful and very unsympathetic to our dilemma of finding a better accommodation.

If you must, it’s passable. Spend a little more and go elsewhere.

Emplacement idéal, accès direct au Centre commercial adjacent et à ses restaurants, personnel accueillant et buffet petit-déjeuner très bon.
Très bonne insonorisation malgré les rails de train et le stade.

Cons:

Rien de spécial.
