我非常非常喜歡這間飯店，雖然是有年代的飯店，但一塵不染，所有物品都被好好愛護著，復古而舒適，踏踏米很香，日式床墊非常好睡，一覺到天亮，捨不得退房，美好的體驗💛。

Самое главное, из-за чего мы выбрали этот отель - вид на Фудзи, номер в японском стиле, кайсэки. И мы все получили в лучшем виде!
Отель расположен в Фудзикавагутико. Во время нашего пребывания со стороны отеля Фудзи был всегда открыт, что бывает не со всех сторон. Также использовали сайт, где прогноз на вид Фудзи на каждый день. До автостанции 30 минут пешком. Можно воспользоваться автобусом, трансфером от отеля или такси. Такси стоило 1200 йен, ехать 7 минут. Отель стоит на берегу озера Кавагутико, вокруг него можно совершить пеший маршрут около 18 км или использовать велосипеды. В доступности карты маршрутов по нескольким озерам. Мы прошли вокруг озера Кавагутико пешком, дорога очень красивая, по пути встречаются кафе и магазины, чтобы передохнуть.
Номер был настоящий японский, с татами, спали на полу)) Ужин и завтрак - кайсэки - настоящее погружение в японские традиции.
Очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал!
В городе есть магазинчики с продуктами, закусочные. Также рекомендую официальный магазин изделий из кожи Кюсю Инден - производство с 400 летней историей и магазин горной одежды, прямо напротив автовокзала, чтобы купить по майке с Фудзи.
Обязательно вернемся в этот отель!

非常推薦富士山景房，還有椅子面向富士山可以坐著慢慢欣賞山景，湖面平靜時可以看到逆富士，小可惜是這個方位看不到日出。去程的接駁車可以去遊客中心請服務人員幫忙撥電話叫接駁車（提供飯店名稱就好，但無法預約班次，只能當下叫）最晚一班是20:00。要
Pros:

富士山房景色非常棒，房間也很舒適，飯店人員非常友善。早餐也豐盛好吃。

Cons:

交通相對不便，但飯店有接駁車來回河口湖車站（去程可打電話或用booking 聯繫，回程是固定班次）

Lovely Place to stay!
Pros:

The room was very clean and came with a lovely Mt fuji view which was fantastic! The staff was very helpful and welcoming! The food was amazing. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone planning trip around the Kawaguchiko area.

Pros:

Stayed in a Japanese-Style Room with Mt.Fuji and Lake View for 1 night during our visit to Lake Kawaguchiko. From the moment we drove into the parking, staff came up immediately to help with our bags. Excellent service!
Room is not big but clean & cosy for 3 of us. Best part is the view from the room ! We visited in May & it's so hot in the afternoon. It's so peaceful & nice to sit in the room & enjoy the view of Mt Fuji & the lake.
Onsen was small but nice. My daughter & I even had the whole onsen to ourselves !
Upon check-out, staff made sure we had a good stay & gave us a few postcards as souvenior.
I'll definitely come back to this hotel if I visit Lake Kawaguchiko again

Einzigartiger Aufenthalt mit Mt. Fuji und Seeblick
Pros:

Wir hatten ein traditionell japanisches Zimmer gebucht und einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Mt. Fuji und den See. Die Mitarbeiter sind wahnsinnig freundlich und überdurchschnittlich hilfsbereit.
Das Hotel bietet außerdem einen hoteleigenen Shuttleservice an die Kawaguchigo Station an, was wir ebenfalls sehr praktisch fanden.

Zeer goed!
Pros:

Het hotel is zeer aan te raden. Het uitzicht is fantastisch en het personeel is zeer vriendelijke en behulpzaam. Ze hebben ons zelf nog geholpen aan een tandarts en daarheen gebracht omdat mij vriendin problemen had met haar beugel. Zelden meegemaakt hoe behulpzaam en respectvol!

Cons:

Het Japans ontbijt viel ons als Nederlanders wat zwaar maar het was zeer goed klaargemaakt en opgediend.

位置優越，房間性價比高。

Cons:

酒店分兩座，一座有前台職員，另一座完全冇人看管，非住客也能出入自如。其中一間溫泉設在無人看管那座的 G/F, 隨時可以有街外人直接走進溫泉間，保安問題令人擔憂。

Amazing
Pros:

Amazing view, amazing food (make sure to book dinner and breakfast), beautiful and spacious room, available pickup from train station, and I appreciated the kind staff who also were very responsive in the chat! (Some people wrote the floor bed was not comfortable, to me it was perfect). The onsen was empty when I visited so I was alone with the nice view. Make sure to wake up early before the clouds appear so you see Fuji.

Not an issue but small recommendation:

It would be nice if the staff explains how to eat the dishes, it was my first time eating Japanese and I was very confused which dish goes with what (from the 10 little plates). This being said it was delicious!

Pros:

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Eles inclusive guardaram a nossa bagagem e encaminharam para a estação de Kawaguchiko depois, para nós explorarmos melhor a zona até à tarde do check out.
O pequeno-almoço foi espectacular e o jantar (que optámos por incluir) estavam divinas e com doses generosas.
Tivemos sorte em aproveitar um dos pontos fortes desta estadia, que foi a vista impressionante sobre o lago e o monte Fuji.
Recomendo e gostaria de repetir a experiência.

Cons:

Para quem tenha mais de 1,85m, as portas do quarto eram baixas, por isso há que ter atenção.
