Pros:

Super Mt Fuji view - from the room and even when using the onsen…. Very helpful staff. Free hotel shuttle and pick-up at arrival.

白天櫃檯“小林”小姐非常棒，11點退房那天我們不知道要去哪裡，尋求小林建議，她想到了一個很棒的方法，讓我們有時間去看五重塔，再接車班回東京。最後我們直接帶著行李去下吉田市，省下很多時間，其他天她也幫助我們很多。

Breath taking view facing Mt Fuji and lake, and extremely helpful and informative staff.
Pros:

Finally saw Mt Fuji on the last day of our stay, which was awesome. The room was spacious, neat and tiny and have everything i needed for the holiday. I like the fact that i can use both onsen facilities at different time. The breakfast was absolutely stunning and delicious. I would highly recommend to include breakfast.

Cons:

There is a bit of smell in the toilet and there were no hooks to hand towels and clothings. I would have prefer to have a tea pot in the room, instead of individual green tea stick per cup. The blanket was a bit small.
