Pros:

Совершенно чудесное расположение. Рядом три станции метро, магазины и кафе, шикарный Гайд парк. Удобный большой номер с кухней со всем необходимым. При раннем или поздним заездах удобно оставить вещи и гулять.

Cons:

Недостатки есть, но за свою скромную достаточно цену для Лондона они совершенно незначительные. Кто ждёт 5 звёзд, лучше пусть возьмёт другой отель.

Pros:

The property was very clean and the beds were very comfy.

Cons:

The staff were very unpleasant, and unwilling to help. Whilst waiting in the lobby we have witnessed two reception staff along with the cleaner making fun of a guest who was unsure which lift to use. Very unprofessional.

Disappointing!
Pros:

Not much. My experience wasn’t great so probably not able to see if there is anything good about the hotel.

Cons:

First, no AC! And fans are that cheap metal type with extremely high noise levels that it’s almost impossible to put it on and sleep or work.

They charged me 200 pounds as insurance - it’s buried under long information sheets and pages. They claim it’s a policy but can’t find it on the website. It’s not common practice in London especially if you’ve paid full stay in advance.

They are very inflexible and aren’t ready to offer anything other than the room. I lost one delivery they didn’t seem to want to make an effort to find it. Even the checkout was an issue because I asked for one hour extra. Staff are responsive but not friendly- with exceptions of course some were nice.

Overall, not a good experience. They are not customer oriented - they have set their own standards and expectations and they just want customers to follow it.

Nice apartman with central location
Pros:

Central location, near to the Kensigton Gardens. Proper apartman with small kitchenette. The staff at the reception was very helpful and kind, we got an adapter also. We were glad about the coffee and tea which were prepared in the apartman.

Cons:

Sofabed was not so compfortable, it is suitable just for kids. Small TV.

Excellent location, spacious room and great value for money.
Pros:

Fantastic location near Kensington gardens. Easy access to two train stations so it’s super convenient to get around. The beds were comfortable. Spacious rooms and clean. Great value for money.

Place was good for the price but smelt terrible, probably from people cooking and inability to air the place out properl
Pros:

Good location, good amenities, nice staff

Cons:

Room was very musty and stunk. Had no aircon or fans and windows only opened a little so very hard to air out.
