Pros:

The location was very good, close to many restaurants, cafes, and two train stations.

Cons:

We endured awful conditions in our Room . There was a severe sanitary hazard with heavy pigeon droppings right outside the window, preventing us from opening it, alongside mosquito issues. Additionally, a loud water pump right outside loud-buzzed every 10 minutes, making it impossible to sleep. The water pressure in the shower was low, and the towel hanger was broken. When we complained on Friday and Saturday, staff (Leo and John) told us nothing could be done because the hotel was fully occupied. Worse, there was no manager available on-site for three consecutive days due to the holiday weekend to resolve consumer issues. Unprofessional and deeply disappointing. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

סבלנו מתנאים איומים בחדר. היה מפגע תברואתי חמור של לשלשת יונים כבדה ממש מחוץ לחלון שמנע מאיתנו לפתוח אותו, לצד בעיית יתושים. בנוסף, משאבת מים רועשת ממש בחוץ הרעישה בעוצמה כל 10 דקות, מה שהפך את השינה לבלתי אפשרית. לחץ המים במקלחת היה נמוך, וקולב המגבות היה שבור. כשהתלוננו בימים שישי ושבת, הצוות אמר לנו שאין מה לעשות כי המלון בתפוסה מלאה. חמור מכך, לא היה שום מנהל זמין במקום במשך שלושה ימים רצופים בגלל סוף השבוע של החג כדי לפתור בעיות צרכניות. לא מקצועי ומאכזב עמוקות. אני לא ממליץ על המלון הזה בכלל.

Very Convenient place to stay in London
Pros:

Stayed for 4 nights with my husband & adult son (who slept on the sofa bed). Room was clean & a good size with a separate bathroom. It looked out on the park opposite & the kitchen was pretty well appointed with a fridge, microwave & stove top. Very good location a couple of streets away from Queensway with its 2 tube stations, supermarkets & restaurants. Would stay again.

Except for the bed it could not have been better.

Cons:

Why a hotel that calls itself Grand would buy cheap budget mattresses is beyond me. One of the most important parts of any hotel is sleep and if you feel like there are knives in your back that ain't good.

Great base for London adventure
Pros:

Great location in London. Easy walking distance to two key Tube stations and dozens of quality restaurants and shops. Very quiet and roomy apartment with air-cond which was critical during a heat wave!

Pros:

The hotel location is amazing, the facilities were great and the kitchen was super helpful for us (kids are picky with their food so we prepared breakfast and sometime dinner). The staff was super nice especially the cleaning ladies.
We were 5 people and we had a lot of place.

Cons:

The beds were OK, not the comfy but not terrible.
