My stay at this hotel was truly a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I would like to sincerely thank every member of the staff. From reservation, the security guards who warmly welcomed us, to the reception team: N’EYE, P’SANDY, the bellboys: P’BOWJUNG, P’TANNY, and the restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with genuine smiles. Their kindness made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
The hotel itself has a very warm and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and made us feel safe throughout our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to truly enjoy our dayoff. One of the highlights was the breakfast. Although it is served à la carte, there is a wide variety of choices, and every dish was freshly prepared and delicious. Enjoying breakfast in such a pleasant atmosphere was the perfect way to start our morning. If you are looking for a warm, clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely return in the future.
