Pros:

This accommodation was sleek, modern, well looked after, very quiet in a great location, and very comfortable, from the pool with spa and bar, the 24 hour gym, to the huge apartment style rooms with bath and showers. Breakfast was simply awesome with included alacarte and buffet. Staff were exceptional and general manager a nice bloke. It's a pity some guests were arrogant @#$& and treated staff like servants.

Cons:

I guess if I had to find something it would be the roof top bar is closed for maintenance.

Overall good stay but the kitchen staff ruined my experience
Pros:

Property is great, good breakfast, clean spacious rooms. But slightly far from beach it takes about 20 mins to reach the beach by walking.

Cons:

Their kitchen staff were rude and pathetic. They didn’t like getting orders at night. I even saw cockroaches running in their kitchen.

Любимият ни хотел с най-милия и усмихнат персонал

За втори път отсядаме там и няма да е последен. Ако не е този хотел и няколко от плажовете, не бихме стъпили в Пукет. Изключително много ни харесва персонала, отношението им, усмивките им и това, че са супер добронамерени и готини - Благодаря Ви, страхотни сте! Много ни радва това, че видяхме някои от служителите, които бяха и преди 2 години, които за наша огромна изненада ни помнеха (надяваме се с добро :) ). Един от малкото хотели с наистина комфортни легла, завивки и възглавници. Отлична чистота както по стаите, така и в ресторанта, дори в тоалетните на партера. Гледките от хотела, басейна, всичко е чудесно. Да не забравяме закуската :) Бяхме там за тяхната нова година (Сонкран), и ни бяха оставили страхотен сапун във формата на цвете на спалнята с послание, което е много мил жест. Имаше погдотвена програма по случая около басейна. Да, може би има и по-добри хотели, но в случая за нас е важно личното отношение, малките жестове на внимание, усмивките и приятната емоция, която ти оставят тези хора, отношението към нашето дете и цялостната обстановка.

Cons:

Преди 2 години бях оставила коментар за декинга около басейна и тази година заварихме същото положение. Някои от дъските са се изкривили/надигнали, пироните с които са захванати не са забити докрай и когато се нагорещи буквално можеш да се жигосаш ако ходиш бос. Асансьора от към паркинга не може да се използва, което създава дискомфорт, ако си паркирал на паркинга.
