It’s a convinient stay
Pros:

Estadía cómoda

Fue cómodo, amplio y contaba con lo necesario para una buena estadía.

Cons:

El baño era bastante pequeño. Además, al llegar tuvimos un inconveniente con el check-in. La persona de recepción no fue muy cordial y, además, no hablaba español, lo que dificultó aún más la comunicación. Nos informó que nuestra habitación había sido asignada a otro huésped porque no llegamos el día previsto.

Sin embargo, nosotros habíamos avisado con anticipación que llegaríamos recién a la medianoche o madrugada del día siguiente, y nos habían confirmado que eso no representaría ningún inconveniente. Afortunadamente, finalmente pudieron asignarnos otra habitación, pero la situación hizo que nuestra llegada fuera innecesariamente estresante.

En cuanto al desayuno, le faltaba variedad de frutas y, si uno llegaba un poco más tarde, ya no había vajilla ni cubiertos reutilizables, por lo que solo quedaban platos, vasos y cubiertos de plástico. Son detalles que podrían mejorar para brindar una mejor experiencia a los huéspedes.

Pros:

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and all three nights the air conditioner was not working. I followed up with management and was told that a third party company would be onsite to repair on the day of my checkout and was offered a fan and 3k hyatt points for the inconvenience. I kid you not when I say it was extremely hot in the room to the point that i wanted to open the door and let the hallway air come in since the ac was working in the hallway. Also the breakfast was inconsistent. Friday morning, we showed up 30 min before and the food was being replenished up to closing time. Saturday morning, we showed up an hour before and it looked like there were only scraps and crumbs along with frustrated people who waited 15+ minutes only for small amounts of food to come at a snail's pace.

This stay was extremely disappointing for me since 1) I stay at multiple Hyatt properties per year as an Explorist member and this hotel is a more modern hotel compared to other Hyatt Places, 2) we stayed here before during Christmas time and our experience was very pleasant. I will reconsider staying here when in the area and check out the surrounding Marriott and Hilton properties. Advice to management: take care of your guests and "authorize" better consolations for something as important as AC especially during the hot summer months.

No room ready at 6pm and disrespectful service recovery
Pros:

The room wasn't ready at 6 PM for an infant and grandmother, and management tried to buy us off with a cheap point gesture, telling us 'at least we got to sleep in the bed!' Terrible leadership.

Amazing stay , great location !
Pros:

We stayed for two nights . Clean , well appointed room . The staff was superb .Location was excellent, best restaurants and shopping . I would stay here again . Highly recommend!
