Las personas que atienden son muy amables.

Les falta mantenimiento
Separé dos habitaciones, en una normal, en la otra la llave del agua no cerraba, me dio la impresión que es un problema frecuente, porque apenas llegaron sabía como acomodarlo, pero si no arreglan cosas básicas como el agua de la ducha pues no está bien

En esa misma habitación lancama tenía un tubo salido que cuando esta tendida la cama no se ve. Mis abuelos se pegaron dos veces con ese tubo en la canilla, bastante peligroso, deberían cortarlo.

No ponen jabón ni shampoo, ni tampoco toallas.

El precio, la ubicación. El desayuno normal, rico y dentro de lo esperado.

Cons:

A la cama se le salía una parte del marco. Peligroso para las piernas. El aseo puede ser mejor. La cuestión es el precio, es muy llamativo.

Pésima recepción, ni siquiera bueno para una sóla noche.

El hotel tiene parking integrado gratis, y el desayuno estuvo aceptable.

Cons:

Nos informaron que podíamos pagar con tarjeta por un % extra, pero que preferían el efectivo. Cuando llegamos no recibían ni tarjeta, sólo efectivo, que nos exigieron sin opción al llegar a las 9pm al hotel. No había nadie en recepción en principio a pesar de haber informado de nuestra llegada tarde. Mala iluminación en general en las instalaciones. Cuartos sencillos, mal aseados, y nos tocó esperar a que nos entregaran cobijas, toallas y control remoto (que finalmente no encontraron para una de las habitaciones). No limpiaron las telarañas en la habitación y las comodidades del baño eran mínimas. Al desayuno el día siguiente a duras penas atienden, no ofrecen opciones ni preguntan por preferencias a los huéspedes, sino sirven según haya disponible en el momento sin preguntar siquiera. En general, atención de muy mala gana.

La llegada fácil a sus instalaciones.

Cons:

La sabana de la habitación estaba muy manchada con pintas de óxido o sangre no lo supe diferenciar, la cama algo inestable y las almohadas olían a húmedo. El agua caliente casi nunca salió y el televisor nunca tuvo señal.
