Our condo was comfortable and quiet, we'll definitely stay here again. Loved it!
Pros:

We really enjoyed the seclusion of the property. Even though it was only a short walk and fairly close to town it was off the beaten path and very quiet. The room was very clean. We will definitely keep this place on our list of places to stay in Gatlinburg. Our rental rate was excellent!!!

Cons:

We like staying in condos or apartments that have a kitchen which this one had. The only issue was the 2 burner stove and lack of counter space, and the location within the condo. It was in a small hallway between the living area and bedroom so it was very tight to cook in. This was not a major deal or deal breaker but ideally we'd like a little more space in the kitchen.

This was a great place in a great location and I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The toilet was very small and low to the ground. The day we left the elevator was not working properly waited for 15 minutes, and had to take the stairs. Was rough because I had knee surgery a month ago.

Cute cozy condo.
Pros:

The location was pretty good. It was kind of hard to walk to the strip for me because im 65 and had a hard time getting back up the steps. It was an easy drive though. The bed was very comfortable. The condo was very cute.

Cons:

The only thing we had an issue with was the water pressure. It was very weak.

Nice! Clean, comfy and SO QUIET!
Pros:

The PRICE!! This was a steal compared to a lot of places I checked. We just wanted a 3-night getaway without paying an arm and a leg for a place to sleep and shower and this fit the bill. The place is no Ritz-Carlton, but it’s better than you’d think for the price. It was clean, had a comfortable (albeit firm) bed and nice bathroom and plenty of towels and wash rags were supplied. The living area was also nice, and the kitchen amenities were plentiful, while we didn’t really take advantage of them. The thing I liked maybe most about the whole place is it was so quiet! For the first couple of days, it seemed like we were the only ones there. We finally saw someone at the pool on the last day, but inside the room was quiet as a church mouse. The room’s A/C worked very well. We walked down to town on our last night and while it was a little way off (I’d guess maybe 3/4 mile in total?), it wasn’t bad at all. Oh, and the Log Cabin pancake house is on the next block over! I would book this place again in a heartbeat.

Cons:

Pillows on the bed were really bad. That’s my only minor complaint. The in-room jacuzzi just took up space. We did run it one night, but it took several hours to fill and was so loud that I was afraid it might disturb neighbors. But that’s no big deal. Other than that, it was a good catch-all for dirty towels and such!

Cons:

First room i was in i got ate up by bed bugs. And they moved me to another room on the 5th floor which was ok. Not much space in this room because of a huge tub in the bedroom. Which i didn’t care for. So no dresser top or table to put some of my stuff like jewelry my glasses etc.. i Used the living room to unpack. They didn’t offer any kind of refund or partial or anything to accommodate my first miserable itchy night. I got bit on my leg and hand and shoulder. Still itches to this day. I won’t say i won’t rent here again but i can only hope that something like this would be first priority and will be taken care of immediately!!
