It was tough at first because of my not following through. I did not have the information I needed. But it was all taken care of.

Cons:

I didn't like the pilot light on the fireplace always being on. We did leave the window and the door cracked overnight due to the scent of gas, just as a precaution. The setting/ on-off of the fireplace wasn't easy for us to navigate. Otherwise we LOVED our stay!

Pros:

The location is perfect for visiting Gatlinburg (right downtown, super walkable). The check-in process was smooth, the rooms were very clean. Large parking lot which is definitely a plus in this area.

Cons:

We booked for three people, but I wouldn’t say it was the best idea: the rooms were well-kept, but everything seemed pretty old, so the sleeper couch wasn’t firm enough to comfortably sustain a grown-up. Plus, the layout is such that the bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom, so one of you always has to feel like an inconvenience. Next time, I’d just book two rooms instead of one.

Very clean, roomy, REAL coffee pot. Loved the balcony, plenty of parking.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It's our 3rd time staying here. It's close enough to downtown for walking.

Wouldn’t waste my money. Went somewhere else for the second night. Much better and cheaper.

The room has a smell to it. It needs a deep clean. The bed no support. Smallest tv I’ve ever had in a room!

Convenient location. Easy check in and out. Comfortable little condo.
Pros:

Location was good, loved the stairs down to the street for the walk to the strip. Check in and out was easy. Very clean and comfortable. The balcony was really nice. Beds were comfortable. Well equipped kitchen for our needs.

Cons:

Price. About $50 less per night would be totally worth it.
