Great location!
Pros:

Although the hotel is small and minimally staffed, it is fully automated and they have considered all the basic amenities needed, including washer, dryer, water filter and microwave oven in the pantry.

The location is very ideal, among a quiet residential area but yet, very convenient to get to the bus stops and train station that get you connected easily to anywhere in Kyoto. Gion and Teramachi are all within walking distance of about 15min.

There are also some hidden cafes and restaurants among the residential area to be discovered.

The bed and pillows are very comfortable. I didn't get any neckaches like I usually do at most places.

Cons:

The room size is small, took some getting used to but it felt comfortable after a while. The hot water kept switching to cold and back to hot again.

Pros:

The room was plenty spacious for us, clean and comfy and the location was close to the transport connections we needed. An efficient and great hotel. We were very happy with our choice.

Great place near Heian Shrine.
Pros:

The room was clean, modern, and well-designed. The location was just a 10 minute walk to Heian Shrine and there was a MacDonalds and combini nearby for an early breakfast. I was able to beat the crowds to Heian Shrine (see photo).

Cons:

The bed was just a little uncomfortable, too stiff I think but hard to say.

Pros:

La atención fue muy muy buena, me dieron soporte en todo momento. A nivel de ubicación está genial, con metro, keihan y buses y a pie muy cerca del centro etc

Cons:

Que no tuviera servicio propio de recepción de maletas, a pesar de ello, hicieron una excepción y me dejaron enviarla.
