Overall acceptable hotel.
Pros:

Good location for us, never stayed for breakfast, Hotel was an older hotel but they have maintained and updated it very well for the age of it. Over all was better than I expected and would stay there again.

Cons:

Hot tub was not up an running yet.

It was adequate for our purpose and the price was right.
Pros:

The price was budget friendly. The on site owner was very polite and respectful. Breakfast was better for us being a brown bag service. We could get it and go.

Cons:

The building and rooms were in need of some repair but only cosmetic. The ice maker in the hall along with the air conditioning in room were a bit loud.

Bed was comfortable but overall stay was very disappointing
Cons:

Units are very old and need a good renovation. Bathroom fixtures are old. We saw mold in the corners, several bugs in the bathtub. We left a day early to find somewhere else to stay. We were told we couldn’t get a refund because it was too late We left the room at 1:00 pm

For one night, it did the job, albeit not in a pleasant way.
Pros:

The bed was comfy.

Cons:

NO hot water. Front desk attendant said we had to "jiggle" the handle to get it to work. Did not work at all. The room was filthy. So much built up dirt and grime in the floor. Even if the hot water was working, it would be pointless to shower, your feet would get disgustingly soiled just walking to the bed. The hot tub was not working and there was a creepy dude staring into the pool window. This place was horrible.

Nice stay, relaxing. Close to downtown for shopping and breakfast.
Pros:

Staff was always friendly and nice. Would answer all your questions. Mexican restaurant, 50 ft away, was very good.

Cons:

Breakfast could be a lot better. Nothing hot, but the coffee and that was good.

Great stay and exceptional value!
Pros:

Absolutely awesome experience. Friendly staff and very clean and comfortable rooms. We will definitely plan on staying during our trips to Port Clinton. Definitely a great value!

Not perfect but would stay again
Pros:

The rooms were very spacious and the little extras they give you are nice. The bagged breakfast wasn’t bad, nice variety. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

It could use some updated and a good deep clean. There were holes in wall, the shower head was gross and so was the shower curtain. For the price though if you are needing an affordable place to stay and you can look past those things, good place for the money
