Travesseiro fino horrível,nada confortável. Colchão muito duro. Havia informado que queria quarto não fumante e me deram quarto de fumante, tivemos que dormir com janelas abertas e acender a lareira para manter quarto aquecido nesta época de inverno. Ao chegar, a chave não abria o quarto; meu marido teve que ir até a portaria para solicitar a abertura do quarto. A recepcionista riu e disse: é a chave do quarto né?!? Hora se sabia deste problema, porque nos colocou neste quarto 34? Tivemos o constrangimento de cruzar com uma colaboradora que abriu a porta do quarto com as chaves dela, situação desconfortável.
