Netter kurzer Aufenthalt,sehr nettes Personal,richtig gutes Frühstück! Da blieb kein Wunsch offen!

Schönes Hotel, schöne Zimmer, tolles Frühstück, Parkplatzsituation schlecht, wenn das Hotel ausgebucht ist

Gute Lage zum P+R Platz für die Bahn in die Stadt und zur Arena.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, viel frisches Obst, Gemüse, deftiges und süßes… sehr viel Auswahl, guter Tee und Kaffee. Sogar frischer Schnittlauch und Kresse für das Rührei…
Schöne Zimmer mit liebevoll eingerichteter Spielebox im Zimmer

Cons:

Parkplatzsituation (und ein überforderter Rezeptionist) : ich konnte in die Garage einfahren und bekam den letzten freien Parkplatz. An der Rezeption hörte ich den Gast nebenan diskutieren. Ihr wurde gesagt, sie muss wieder raus fahren, weil die Plätze reserviert seien. Mir sagte man das nicht, aber proaktiv fragte ich beim Checkin dann auch nach. Auch ich sollte wieder raus fahren, ich soll einfach an der Schranke klingeln. Es gab draußen an der Garage keine Info, dass das Parkhaus zu reservieren ist und dass es angeblich voll ist.
Ich stand dann mit dem Auto an der Schranke bei der Ausfahrt (Gehorsam wie man so ist) und anstatt dass man mir aufmachte, wurde nur gesagt durch den Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption „alle Plätze belegt“ und der Hörer aufgeknallt. Dass ging 3 x so, einmal davon wurde nur der Hörer aufgenommen und wieder aufgelegt. Erst beim vierten Mal und einem Schreien , dass ich raus will, wurde dann die Schranke geöffnet. Das passiert, wenn man freundlich nachfragt. Wäre ich mal besser auf dem Parkplatz stehen geblieben. Es gibt auch Plätze auf dem P+R Parkplatz, in Seitenstraßen und an der Arena ohne Probleme.
Diesen Umgang erwarte ich bei Hotels für 65€ pro Nacht, aber nicht bei 240€

Gute Lage Nähe Motorworld-Areal, nette Leute
Pros:

Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben und sauber. Das Fenster konnte geöffnet werden. Es ist relativ eng, zum schlafen jedoch genügt es allemal. Praktisches Feature ist die Bluetoothbox im Zimmer.
Mega nettes Personal, sehr professionell und hilfsbereit. Lieben Dank nochmal an die supernette Dame an der Rezeption/Bar für die Herzlichkeit und den aufmerksamen Service (und den 'rettenden' Kaffee morgens 😉).

Cons:

Das rosa überall ist so kitschig, dass es schon fast wieder gut wirkt. Aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache
