Renovation is needed!

Overall it was fine in general it was as I needed, though some there are some downsides.

Cons:

The parking is comfy, but it has limited lots. The hotel overall seems very old and needs the renovation especially the rooms and bathrooms. Therefore, I believe the value for money is rather poor. The check-in was very slow as there was only one person at late evening at the reception and many guests arrived the same time which was annoying.

Ho soggiornato per motivi di lavoro ; è successo un inconveniente e devo dire che tutto lo staff si è attivato e ha fatto tutto il necessario per rendere il nostro soggiorno confortevole. Un Plauso alla dirigenza che con grande professionalità ha accolto e risolto il problema. Un plauso a rutte le collaboratrici della reception per la grande professionalità nel gestire e recuperare il disagio. Non vi descriverò l’accaduto perchè quello che lo staff ha fatto per risolvere ha cancellato il nostro disagio.

L’hotel mi è piaciuto molto. Le camere sono molto spaziose, accoglienti e arredate con gusto, con mobili di design di ottima qualità. Il letto è molto comodo, il Wi-Fi funziona bene e la pulizia è impeccabile.

Molto comodo anche il parcheggio proprio davanti all’ingresso dell’hotel. Buona e varia anche la colazione.

Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto piacevole e confortevole.

Cons:

Purtroppo, il servizio alla reception è stato pessimo: poco professionale, estremamente lento e decisamente non all’altezza del livello dell’hotel.

Siamo arrivati come gruppo e la gestione del check-in è stata particolarmente lunga e poco efficiente.

L’aspetto più grave, però, è stato quanto accaduto nel parcheggio davanti all’hotel: a uno dei nostri collaboratori sono stati rubati alcuni effetti personali dalla macchina. Un episodio davvero spiacevole e preoccupante, che ha inevitabilmente compromesso l’esperienza del soggiorno.

Peccato, perché l’hotel in sé è molto bello, con camere spaziose e confortevoli, ma il livello del servizio alla reception e quanto accaduto nel parcheggio hanno lasciato un’impressione decisamente negativa.
