The staff. They are all so nice, and not fake at all. They are just "regular" people and that's where I feel most at home. When they're friendly, it feels genuine. Also, the Metro is right around the corner. Very easy to get around!
Also, the area is quite peaceful with neat parks and cafés scattered about, a bit of graffiti art here and there but also a monument. Also, during my stay in May I ate at the hotel's restaurant and it was the first time that I actually enjoyed risotto. A dish that I thought just wasn't for me. But they made it work sonehow.

The first time for my life time, I have seen that a room with two people is allocated only one bath towel and the reception does not want to give the second one and also rejected to change the dirty towel as by indicating that daily towel allocation is 1 per room. I could only achieve getting a new towel after talking with the guy at the reception for the second time. We wanted to stay here as we feel responsible for the environment as well, however, this is something much beyond than being an eco hotel.
The room was quite dark.
Product quality at the breakfast wasn't bad, but the variety of the products were quite limited compared to the other reviews and the breakfast score of the hotel.
