Les vieilles plaques électriques ne fonctionnaient pas. Le soir on a été obligé de changer de chambre, une chambre sombre. Quel dommage !
Dans cette seconde chambre, la douche était bouchée, l'eau ne s'écoulait pas. Idem le lavabo de la salle de bain.

Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen und komme gerne wieder.
Pros:

Zimmer sind mit 32 m2 und Kitchenette sehr groß. Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Lage ist ruhig und doch zentral an der Metrostation 'Schumann'.
Klimaanlage funktioniert gut; ich kenne das Hotel noch ohne!
Das Personal ist sehr umsichtig und hilfsbereit.

Betten sind etwas zu weich.

Apart from the kitchen, very comfortable and conveniently located.
Pros:

The hotel is very conveniently located. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is an elevator, so heavy luggage does not have to be carried up the stairs.
The room was very lovely and spacious, as well as very clean.
From the balcony, there is an expansive view over the city, stretching all the way to the Atomium.
Luggage storage was available—which is very helpful if you arrive before check-in or are not departing until well after check-out. We were even able to access our room significantly earlier than scheduled! That was a very kind gesture!

Cons:

Unfortunately, the tap water was undrinkable; it smelled and tasted like a musty cellar. The kitchen was very sparsely equipped—for instance, there were neither scissors nor a sharp knife for cutting fruit or vegetables.
Pots and cleaning supplies had to be requested at the reception desk. However, the sponge provided—which consisted of only about one-fifth of a standard sponge—was tiny and hardly suitable for washing dishes.
The refrigerator in the kitchen wasn't working, so we had to rely on the small beverage fridge instead.
The stove has no markings indicating which knob controls which burner.

Spacious room with a convenient kitchenette.

Cons:

I was bitten by bed bugs. Of course, they changed me to another room as soon as I realized it and complained about it at the reception. However, I think the whole situation could have been avoided if the cleaning staff had paid more attention, or if they had taken stricter hygiene measures.
