Kein Zimmersafe + unglaublich laut
Pros:

Das Badezimmer war neu renoviert, im Zimmer gibt es viel Stauraum. Das Frühstück war ok. Allerdings gibt es nicht einmal eine einzige Sorte Frischkäse. Die Lage ist für Dienstreisen zu Ratsarbeitsgruppensitzungen sehr gut. Gute Internetverbindung.

Cons:

Die Matratze war sehr durchgelegen und viel zu weich. Das Zimmer müffelte und war nicht ausreichend sauber - am Boden neben dem Bett lag eine Haarspange der Vorgängerin.
In der Küchenzeile gab es keine Kochutensilien, diese hätte man extra über die Rezeption beantragen müssen. Trotz Zusicherung in Booking gab es keinen (!!!!) Safe im Zimmer. Ein absolutes No-Go.
Das Fitnessstudio im Hotel hätte eigentlich inklusive sein sollen, allerdings sperrte meine Schlüsselkarte den Raum nicht.
Das schlimmste war die enorme Lautstärke: Die Fenster sind einfach verglast und man hört jedes Auto und sogar jeden Fußgänger, der vorbeigeht. Der Kühlschrank brummte so laut, dass man ihn über Nacht abschalten musste. Ich habe mir nach der ersten Nacht Ohropax besorgt, weil mich der Lärm nachts immer wieder aufgeweckt hat. Aber auch tagsüber ist es nicht besser: Ab ca 8.30 Uhr gab es bereits Bohrlärm. Auch das Reinigungspersonal war deutlich zu hören.

Confortable et agréable séjour malgré de bruit de la rue au matin
Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant et à l'écoute pour satisfaire vos demandes.
J'ai occupé une Chambre Exécutive. J'ai apprécié le grand espace et les grandes fenêtres qui laissaient entrer beaucoup de luminosité. Le matin, le petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet est très varié et il y en a pour tous les goûts.

Cons:

La chambre était côté rue, et le matin, malgré une chambre dans les étages supérieurs, les bruits sur la voie publique vous réveillent dés 5h30/6h si vous avez le sommeil léger. La prochaine fois, je demanderai une chambre à l'arrière, même si celle-ci risque d'être plus petite et moins ensoleillée.

Muy lindo el hotel y la habitación

Al llegar al hotel tenía que hacer un deposito que quise hacerlo en efectivo desde que llegue y el personal no quería aceptar aunque la plataforma me había avisado previo qué lo podía hacerlo y así me tuvieron un rato hasta que acudió otra persona y acepto

Pros:

Colazione con prodotti di qualità, varia e buona. Posizione ottimale per chi si deve recare presso le sedi della Commissione Europea (walking distance), dal centro dista 40 minuti a piedi, ma la fermata della metropolitana Schumann è vicinissima all'hotel. Le stanze sono molto ampie, e dispongono anche di un piccolo angolo cottura. Staff gentile e accogliente.

Cons:

Il lavandino del bagno è molto piccolo e non vi è un porta asciugamani del viso. Non capisco inoltre perchè negli hotel le tende oscuranti sono sempre 30 cm più corte rispetto alla finestra, facendo penetrare perciò la luce.
