Pros:

L'emplacement est le plus de cet hôtel. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et réactif, c'est très appréciable.

Cons:

Les équipements sont vieillots mais fonctionnels .

First time in Nice land I would book this hotel again.
Pros:

Charming hotel. Well located a 10 min walk to city and a street away from the beach. Shops and eateries close by including a laundry which was very useful. Room was very good, clean and bathroom was beautifully renovated. There was a little garden terrace on first floor. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Coffee and water available throughout the day including beach mats and towels free of charge.

Cons:

if you are of big frame you will find the shower very small. Having said that the room itself was a very good size.

Gutes Hotel an guter Lage - Sauberkeit und Einrichtung Badezimmer weniger gut
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es hatte Sonnenschirme und Schwimmhilfen, die man ausleihen konnte. Am letzten Tag nach dem Auschecken durften wir nach dem Baden im Meer noch die Dusche benutzen, es gab Handtücher, das war super.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war in einem schlechten Zustand. Es sind Teile von der Dusche abgefallen, die Stöpsel in der Badewanne und im Lavabo konnten nicht aufgemacht werden, dann stand das Wasser über eine längere Zeit. Wir hatten noch Dreck der Vorgänger im Badezimmer (Haare, viele Haare und Tablettenverpackungen).

Uroczy hotel w pięknej Nicei
Pros:

Hotel jest położony bardzo blisko morza, w dobrej lokalizacji.
Personel jest przemiły i pomocny. Zareagował, gdy poprosiłam o zmianę pokoju ze względu na nieprzyjemny zapach.
Śniadania były bardzo dobre, wszystko było świeże.
Do Nicei przyjechałam z moją siostrą na jej urodziny. Gdy personel się o tym dowiedział, napisał na lustrze życzenia urodzinowe. To było bardzo miłe.

Cons:

Miałam drobne kłopoty z pokojem, w którym panował zaduch i czułam nieprzyjemny zapach.
Jednak gdy zgłosiłam to personelowi, został mi przydzielony nowy pokój, w którym wszystko było w najlepszym porządku.

Super Lage... Strand und viele Highlights fußläufig erreichbar.

Service im Hotel außergewöhnlich gut! Super freundliches Personal und viele extra Leistungen (Strandhandtücher, Sonnenschirm, Sonnencreme-Buffet, Badezubehör)

Zimmerservice außergewöhnlich gut.

Sehr gute Klimaanlage

Pros:

This was my second stay here, and the main reason I chose this hotel again was its excellent location, just a short walk from the promenade. The breakfast is good, the bed is comfortable, and overall it's a good place to stay. The welcoming staff in the hotel was very lovely and we really appreciated the option to leave our luggage there before checking in.

Cons:

Last time, I had a room with a balcony overlooking the city, and I spent most of my evenings relaxing there. For this visit, I specifically requested a room with a balcony, booked months in advance, and even paid extra for a superior room. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the room had no balcony. To make matters worse, it actually seemed smaller than the standard room we stayed in during our previous visit.

酒店咖啡和柠檬橙子水24小时免费提供，在这炎热的夏天太贴心了，还有免费防晒霜使用，进入房间的洗手间会有一个大大的欢迎某某入住。

房门超级重很难推，带着行李一个人很难进去，洗手台杯子有一点发黄需要更换
