Cons:

Der Swimmingpool war während unseres 4-tägigen Aufenthaltes an 3 Tagen geschlossen wegen eines angeblichen technischen Problems nach einem großen Event. Am letzten Tag bekamen wir dann am Nachmittag während einer Wanderung einen Anruf von der Rezeption, dass der Pool jetzt endlich wieder benutzbar ist. Als wir dann um 18:00 zum Pool kamen wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass unser 14 jähriger Sohn nicht hinein darf, da der Pool für Kinder nur bis 18:00 geöffnet ist … 😡😡
Wir bekamen zwar vom Hotel einen Nachlass auf den Zimmerpreis, insgesamt war es aber doch sehr enttäuschend.

Très agréable séjour, mis à part le restaurant « Le Patio », trop cher pour ce que l’on a dans l’assiette.

Le Mirador is a true piece of paradise!
Pros:

Location is everything! We loved the view from the outdoor patios as well as the one from our room balcony. Everything was fresh, clean, and comfortable…the staff was wonderful throughout our entire stay, both during check in and while lounging on the outdoor patios. This is our favorite spot in Switzerland and we can’t wait to return!

Absolutely nothing!!!

The hotel is beautifully situated, but the staff requires supervision.
Pros:

Accessing the hotel is somewhat difficult due to its location. There is a spacious, free outdoor parking area, as well as a garage available for a fee of €30 per night. Upon entering the hotel, there was no one at the reception desk; we waited about 10 minutes for a receptionist to appear (we arrived around 5:00 PM). The receptionist was pleasant; while greeting us, he opened a bottle of sparkling wine that popped and spilled over—perhaps because he was young, I’m not sure. It was an unexpected welcome "attraction," but amusing nonetheless. A female receptionist then arrived, and we were shown to our room. The room was lovely, spacious, and clean, featuring a balcony with a stunning view of Lake Geneva. The balcony wasn't quite as clean as the room, however, as there were cobwebs in the corners. The restaurant is beautifully situated, offering a magnificent view of Lake Geneva. Regarding the service—this is where things got tricky. Our waiter was pleasant and professional—he even brought us complimentary cookies twice—but when the bill arrived, it listed two bottles of wine instead of the one we had ordered. When we pointed this out, the waiter exclaimed, "Oh my God." It might have been an honest mistake, or perhaps not. Despite the wonderful food, good wine, and beautiful view, this incident somewhat dampened our mood.

An heavenly place to stay and relax with a stunning view ☀️

One of the most amazing views I have ever experienced and super, super friendly and helpful staff especially at the reception and the concierge have been amazing.
