Great hotel and location but you might need to increase the credit limit on your credit card

Cons:

Meals, including breakfast were very expensive. I know Switzerland is expensive but this was ridiculous

Det mesta var toppen!

Cons:

Det enda var kvaliteten på Le Patio. Några ganska orutinerade servitörer som glömde, leverade fel rätter. Framförallt på frukosten men även på kvällens middag.

Excellent Resort
Pros:

One of the best resorts I stayed at in Europe. I cannot state enough how friendly and accommodative the staff was. The resort and the rooms were super clean. Food was great. The view and location were spectacular

Le cadre, la vue et les installations.
L’habilité du personnel aussi très bien.

Cons:

Le hammam hommes part en morceaux. La climatisation de la chambre était en panne durant la nuit. La saleté au niveau de la terrasse du bar, notamment les coussins et le sol, pas très entretenu à cet endroit autrement le reste était correct.

L’hôtel n’est pas loin d’une rénovation. Ce commentaire concerne certains emplacements, pas tous.

Pas de chips ou de snacks au niveau du mini bar. Un peu chip je trouve pour ce tarif!

Plusieurs points à améliorer
Pros:

L’emplacement et la vue splendide sur le Lac Léman depuis le balcon, et l’architecture ancienne de l’hôtel.
L’accueil la sympathie des réceptionnistes.

Cons:

La climatisation fonctionne très mal dans la chambre. Le frigo refroidit mal également.
Pas de clim dans le bar ou fonctionne au compte-goutte, snack sous l’écrasante chaleur de la verrière pas terrible !
Le petit déjeuner, indigne d’un hôtel de 5 étoiles ! Manque de choix…
