Pros:

Нам отель очень понравился. В отеле отличная зона с бассейном, очень удобные кровати, чисто, все необходимое есть в комнате. Завтраки тоже не плохие, а вечером можно вкусно поесть в трех локациях ( шведский стол, ресторан а ля карт и перекусы в буфете). Есть парковочные места. Расположен в 100 метрах от входа в Альгамбру и автобусной остановки.

Cons:

Het enige minpunt is dat de muren dun zijn. Dus eerste avond veel last gehad van de buren.. die niet luid waren maar gewoon normaal aan het praten

La chambre était parfaite et la propreté irréprochable. Nous avons également apprécié la qualité générale de l’hôtel.

En revanche, nous avons été très déçus par l’attitude de certains standardistes présents en journée, notamment l’après-midi entre 14h et 18h environ. Leur accueil était particulièrement hautain et désagréable. Ils ont notamment tenté de nous empêcher de bénéficier du parking de l’hôtel, alors même que celui-ci était payant.

Leurs réponses à nos questions étaient souvent peu claires et incomplètes, et nous avons eu le sentiment d’être pris de haut et considérés avec beaucoup moins d’égards que les autres clients. C’est d’autant plus dommage que les autres membres du personnel que nous avons rencontrés étaient, eux, très agréables et professionnels.

En résumé, une très bonne expérience concernant la chambre et la propreté, mais un accueil en journée qui gagnerait réellement à être amélioré.

Pros:

Extrem komfortabel, tolles Design, das an die Alhambra erinnert. Pool war trotz der Hitze überraschend erfrischend. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Für diese Ausstattung und die tolle Lage ein unglaublich günstiger Preis.
