Absolutely loved our stay!!!!!
Pros:

Literally everything. The room was immaculate, very clean and spacious, staff was very kind and professional. They went above and beyond to make our honeymoon lovely. The complimentary breakfast was prepared nicely and there were more options than expected!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again!

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like!!!

Have stayed here 12+ times.
Pros:

Location is good. Mid island. Tennis tournament may schedule matches anywhere on the island so best choice. Full fridge, good kitchen. All staff friendly, helpful.

Cons:

HVAC unit VERY noisy. Like a scratchy, grinding. Had to find some cover up noise on phone to sleep. Never had this issue before.

Would rather spend the same and stay at a chain hotel.
Pros:

The lobby and room were clean and the general grounds were nice. The kitchenette was very nice to have as well. We were able to park right outside our room. The location was drivable to the beach which was nice.

Cons:

The customer service was average - not incredibly friendly but more transactional. Our room smelled of weed when we first got in - I called the front desk and he apologized but did nothing further. We continued to smell weed every time we walked in the room. The beds were very very stiff (a personal preference I don't enjoy) and slightly creaky when moving at night. The breakfast was quite disappointing. I didn't expect exceptional but we didn't even eat it because of how low quality it was - tasting fake, and plasticky/artificial.
