Best hotel stay during our china trip
Pros:

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to China, the staff are absolutely lovely, the room was fantastic, massive and clean the service was great absolutely loved our stay and would absolutely visit again, highly recommend. Location was great close to shops and restaurants which made it really convenient. The breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

I don't have anything bad to say about this hotel, the price was probably a little high but well worth the price.

I spent six nights at Jumeirah Guangzhou while attending the recent Canton Fair, and once again, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
The hotel maintains excellent standards of cleanliness, with spotless, comfortable rooms and a comprehensive selection of amenities. Everything I needed was thoughtfully provided, making the stay particularly convenient during a busy business trip.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its outstanding service. Both the reception and concierge teams were welcoming, attentive and always ready to help.
A very special mention must go to Peter (Deli) at the concierge desk! This was not my first stay, and he has consistently been exceptional. His professionalism, thoughtful assistance and genuine care for guests deserve particular recognition. He sets a standard that concierge teams, both here and at other hotels, would do well to follow.

Cons:

The food was generally good, although the dining options felt limited compared to all 5 star hotels I have stayed in in China, with essentially one main restaurant available. Breakfast was pleasant but could benefit from some improvement in variety, mostly in western food, and overall offering.
One practical point worth improving is the ease of finding the hotel’s return shuttle buses at the exhibition centre. Compared with most other hotels, locating the Jumeirah shuttle was more difficult and stressful. Clearer signage and more precise collection instructions would make this much easier for guests.
