Cons:

The 1 thing I can fault was the “shoe polishing service”, they didn’t polish my shoes at all or even clean them properly. They just wiped them down quickly

Pros:

It was trully a five star experience from check in, lobby, room, breakfast, staff service, location. Love the complimentary local dessert every evening and music performance at breakfast. What stand out most for us was attentiveness and professionalism of the service staff especially the staff at conceirge. They greeted us warmly everytime, gave us some good advice on interesting places to visit and helpful with our luggages and shopping bags. We had a memorable stay at Jumeirah. Highly recommended.
