We booked rooms based on advertised " air conditioning". We found out before checking in that the rooms were not air conditoned. This is false advertising.

Comfortable room. Great staff. But expensive.

Great staff. Comfortable room with accessible facilities. Wifi was ok.

Cons:

It was very expensive. I paid £123 for one night. In some previous stays there I've paid between £50 and £70.

Disappointed
Pros:

Excellent staff member (Tyler) nothing was to much. He was able to resolve many problems that occurred.

Cons:

Hidden charge for parking at the hotel over night. I don't remember being told about this on booking the rooms.
My brother and i were give a double room on arrival. I had booked a twin. This was resolved by Tyler.
The floor was wet next to my brothers bed.
No USB C sockets in wall plates. USB C is now a world wide standard socket for chargers. Your receptionist Tyler lent us his one. Thank you Tyler.
Fixed shower heads were so low only my friend who is 5' 6'' could fit under them! My brother and I are just over 6', which is pretty common these days.
