Pros:

Wasn't expecting breakfast included to be breakfast in a box . .... no oat milk. Room hot. Only 1 fan.
Put sign on door to make bedon Saturday but it wasnt.
Both reception staff were lovely

Not many plug sockets particularly next to the beds.
Shower was too powerful that the bathroom floor flooded. Not safe for a disabled bathroom!
Not enough towels provided for 2 people!
