I really enjoyed my staying with them and it was fantastic. Will always choose there at anytime i visited Selby
Pros:

The rooms are very nice in terms of the arrangement, everyplace looks neat. You also feel comfortable on the bed. And the marvelous thing is that in case you book for 2 days or more, they do clean the room everyday till you check out.

Pros:

The property was in a very central place smooth check in and check out didn't seem to be noisy in fact it was the pub opposite that was creating the noise

Cons:

I didn't like the bath in the bedroom but that's my own personal choice seemed a bit odd. Had the ceiling fan on because it was hot couldn't turn the light off if we did the fan went off.

Clean and comfy, good central location
Pros:

Central location, east parking, room was spotlessly clean. Warned of noise after reading reviews but got to sleep ok and slept through so not an issue for us

Cons:

Very hot, can’t be helped and fan was provided. Towels could do with an upgrade, clean but stiff and dated. Shame you don’t do breakfast but weather spoons hit the mark

A lovely room conveniently located for visiting local attractions or enjoying the local scene.
Pros:

The room was beautiful, blue and white in a classical style n lovely bathroom. The staff were very helpful. There is a separate entrance in the side so there isn't any need to go through the pub. The pub down the street has food and a nice atmosphere. There are restaurants down further overlooking the river. It's conveniently located for trips to Alnwick, Dunstanburgh, etc. and not to far from Lindersfarne and Bamburgh.

Cons:

The location on the corner of the highway and the coastal road was a bit noisy. My Satilite Navigation lady liked it - she caught on to where everything was.

Cons:

Would have been nice if it was a double bed instead of 2 singles together but other than that everything was great 👍

Comfortable room in a nice local pub.
Pros:

Great location, very close to the train and bus stations and the town centre where all the main shops are located.
We loved meeting two local dogs, Dufus and Nova and their lovely owners, down in the bar one evening.
The Giant Bellflower, a J. D. Wetherspoon pub, is just around the corner which was really handy for eating. There are plenty of other places to eat and drink too.

Cons:

Nothing - all good.

Excellent location. Good sized room. Lovely comfy bed. Powerful shower. They give you full list of places for breakfast.

Bit of pub noise but we expected that and they supplied earplugs.
