Very tiring as pub so noisy at night

Great Location in the centre of Selby
Pros:

Good budget accommodation with a great location in Selby town centre. Staff very friendly. Secure access to the side of the property via a locked gate so no need to walk through the bar area. Tea and coffee provided. Rooms are above a busy bar and opposite the Post Office depot so some will find it noisy but they do provide ear plugs which we found very helpful.

Cons:

Check out by 10am a little early for a Sunday but no major issue.

Pros:

The rooms a re small and compact but very clean and comfy, Ideal for a base to travel the local area. Close to Bus/train Station to explore the local area. Close enought o grt into York without having to pay York Hotel Prices.

Cons:

Its a shame they don't do food, but there are enough local places to get food from, the chip shop next door is excellent.

Was generally ok
Pros:

The Bed was really comfortable , parking available, staff very nice

Cons:

White towels are preferable
Rooms were clean but I saw cobwebs on the curtain holders, I understand it’s the weather but needs looking into

Pros:

Great location and friendly staff.

Cons:

Shower was not working properly. Room was a little warm and just a fan to cool. A bit pricey for a basic room but comfortable.

I really enjoyed my staying with them and it was fantastic. Will always choose there at anytime i visited Selby
Pros:

The rooms are very nice in terms of the arrangement,everyplace looks neat. You also feel comfortable on the bed. And the marvelous thing is that in case you book for 2 days or more, they do clean the room everyday till you check out.

Clean and comfy, good central location
Pros:

Central location, east parking, room was spotlessly clean. Warned of noise after reading reviews but got to sleep ok and slept through so not an issue for us

Cons:

Very hot, can’t be helped and fan was provided. Towels could do with an upgrade, clean but stiff and dated. Shame you don’t do breakfast but weather spoons hit the mark

Pros:

The property was in a very central place smooth check in and check out didn't seem to be noisy in fact it was the pub opposite that was creating the noise

Cons:

I didn't like the bath in the bedroom but that's my own personal choice seemed a bit odd. Had the ceiling fan on because it was hot couldn't turn the light off if we did the fan went off.
