Just a one-night stay and we wish we could stay longer! Room was spacious and had lots of storage space for our belongings. The bathroom was very large with lots of natural light. Bed and pillows were comfy and the room/hotel was very quiet - we never heard anyone else the entire time we were there.
Check-in process was friendly and helpful - they gave us enough info and answered all our questions, but we were on our way pretty quickly.
We traveled with our two dogs and they were settled and chilled the entire time, like they felt at home.
We were there on a holiday weekend and were able to get a parking spot right below our room's window, so we could keep an eye on it. Absolutely no problems - the location was great and we were able to walk our dogs to the waterfront trail and Olympic Structures Park.
Really appreciated the coffee and good quality tea, and the breakfast snacks.
Honestly can't think of anything. We knew going in that parking and dealing with our dogs and all our stuff would be a bit of a hassle given the central location, but it all went as smoothly as it possibly could have.

Mr. doug is very accommodating and im happy the he welcomed us in Ace Hotel
Front desk staff was very friendly and excellent. The location is close to several very popular bars/night clubs, so it could be seen as very convenient, or quite noisy, (so a pro or con) depending. Self-serve continental breakfast in the morning was quite abundant and a nice touch. The rooms were nicely furnished.
Not a complaint, but just note that the check in times are limited (either before 6pm or 8pm, or by special request for a later check in time). No designated parking, but street parking is available nearby. City felt quite noisy with sirens going by late at night, but probably to be expected considering the proximity to downtown.

A bit noisy and all the stairs
Everything just felt intentional. Being welcomed, the room was unique and just right, the bath products were local, the breakfast was healthy - it was great. I’ll be back.
The front desk were awesome! They were very welcoming and provided us with good recommendation on food and activities.
