Le falta mantenimiento al lugar.
Pros:

La zona del centro me encanta, a pesar de que el tráfico es muy complicado. El personal es muy amable.

Cons:

No me sentí cómoda en la habitación; le falta mantenimiento. La ducha apenas funcionaba; se le salía el agua por todos lados. Lo que hacía que el agua mojara todo el baño: mucha agua en el piso. El teléfono se descolgaba solo y empezaba a sonar muy fuerte; me pasó durante la noche, mientras dormía, más de una vez. Preferí mantenerlo desconectado. Vi una pequeña cucaracha en el baño; la zona centro es muy sucia y supongo que les cuesta mantenerla al margen, pero pues… terrible.
Preferí cambiar de hotel; encontré uno por el mismo precio, mucho más nuevo y cómodo, y en una zona más costosa (Condesa).
El personal fue amable, pero no fue lo suficiente.

La ubicación, el hotel está cercano a muchos sitios de interés.

Cons:

Cuango llegue a la habitación asignada la puerta estaba entreabierta, toque para ver si no había algún error nadie contestó, entre y descubrí que alguien estaba trabajando en la instalación de la línea telefónica. Estaba a punto de bajar a solicitar el cambio de habitación cuando llegó un trabajador a comentar que ya nadamas atornillaba y ya terminaba.

Muy buena opción por ubicación y AC en CDMX durante el verano!
Pros:

La ubicacion es muy buena si quieres hacer un viaje familiar -Trabajo, la habitación muy comoda y el aire acondicionado muy bueno, muchos hoteles en CDMX no tienen aire acondicionado y con las temperaturas del verano se vuelven muy incomodas, aqui no tienes ese problema.

Cons:

Todo muy bien, solo que me había entusiasmado con un dispensador de agua en el que podías rellenar unas botellitas que te proporcionaban ... Pero el que se encontraba en mi piso no funcionó durante mi estancia ...mejor compramos agua a diario... También podrían mejorar la secadora de cabello...
