Pros:

Номер просторный, уютный, чистый.
Рядом метро, близко до центра 20-30 мин пешком. Хороший балкон с красивым видом. Улица не шумная. Завтрак хороший

В душе вода то была горячая, то холодная, неприятно было.
Холодильник нормально не охлаждал

Pros:

Het vriendelijke personeel. Het zeer uitgebreide ontbijt. De mogelijkheid tot glutenvrij eten waarbij bij elk product stond aangegeven of er gluten in zaten. De zeer prettige kamers, goede bedden en keuze uit twee hoofdkussens. Goede ligging vlakbij de metro.

Változatos kontinetális reggeli friss többféle pékárúval, felvágottakkal, sajtokkal, süteményekkel. Bőséges választék, családias hangulat.

Wien zeigt sich als perfekter ESC‑Veranstalter

Ein sehr herzlicher Empfang und durchweg freundliche Mitarbeitende – ob an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück oder im Reinigungsteam. Die familiäre Atmosphäre sorgt dafür, dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt . Die Lage ist optimal, direkt am Eingang zur U1 daher ideal für Stadtbesichtigungen.

Cons:

Die Dusche war ein kleines Abenteuer – die Wassertemperatur schwankte ständig zwischen sehr heiß und kalt. Im Haus gab es nur einen Lift, der ausschließlich mit Karte funktionierte. Da die Flure jedoch frei zugänglich waren, wirkte das ständige Karten‑Handling eher lästig als sinnvoll. Zudem war der Teppichboden im Lift häufig verschmutzt, was keinen schönen Eindruck hinterließ.

Kamer met terras, helaas zicht op parking…
Bij het ontbijt misten we echt ook wel lekker krokant stokbrood en brood.
Daarbij vonden we dat er een nauwere samenwerking hotel en bar zouden mogen zijn. Een karafje wijn konden we niet meenemen naar de kamer.

Aufenthalt im Mai 2026 – Nach Besitzerwechsel leider nachgelassen (ehemals Hotel Capri). Enttäuschender Service und Mängel im Badezimmer,
Ich war nun bereits zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel. Die ersten beiden Male – als das Haus noch „Hotel Capri“ hieß – war wir sehr zufrieden und alles war sehr gut. Mein jetziger Aufenthalt ist kritikwürdig. In meinem Zimmer gab es einen undefinierbaren Geruch. Ich habe die Rezeption darüber informiert, jedoch bis zu meiner Abreise keinerlei Rückmeldung oder Abhilfe erhalten.
Zudem gab es erhebliche Sicherheits- und Komfortmängel im Badezimmer: Die Dusche war extrem rutschig, was gefährlich ist. Darüber hinaus ließ sich die Wassertemperatur unter der Dusche (Duscharmatur mit Thermostat) nicht einstellen, sodass ein angenehmes Duschen unmöglich war.
Es ist sehr schade, dass der Service und die Qualität nach der Umbenennung nachgelassen haben.

Umfangreiches Frühstück, rgional und bio, auch vegan war kein Problem, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. U1 vor der Tür. Bravo zum Bristo Ernst :) Toll für Autoreisende mit Fahrrädern! Komme immer wieder gerne!
