Cons:

Das Hotel hatte grosse Probleme mit der Computer-software. So waren wir am Morgen der Abreise weder mit unserem Namen noch mit der Zimmernummer im System registriert. Der Bitte meine Kreditkartendaten zu hinterlegen wollte ich nicht nachkommen. Bezahlen ging nicht weil keine Rechnung ausgestellt werden konnte. Schliesslich habe ich bar bezahlt - ein Stempel mit Unterschrift habe ich als Beleg. Alles in Allem hat das 1 Stunde aufgehalten. Ansonsten war das Hotel ok. Gute Lage um Starlight Express.

Cons:

Er was maar op 1persoon gerekend dus van alles tekort.
Bij balie vrij jonge mensen die niet al te accuraat reageerden

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut zum Starlight Express

Cons:

Der Service, hinter dem Empfangstresen war immer ein Haufen Personal, die immer nur sich am unterhalten waren. Abends fand man sich ignoriert.

Schönes Hotel. Leider die Ausstattung mangelhaft.
Cons:

Leider haben die Zimmer keine Klimatisierung wie in der Beschreibung sondern scheinbar nur Umluft, die zentral gesteuert wird. Musste das Zimmer wechseln weil diese nicht funktioniert hat. Im neuen Zimmer leider genau so warm.

Sehr schön, wir werden nochmal hinfahren aber nicht im Sommer :)
Pros:

Frühstück, Sauberkeit, Lage, Optik waren super

Cons:

Der einzige Minuspunkt: keine richtige Klimanlage, wir hatten 31 Grad draußen und es war nachts wie Sauna..
