Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal - wirklich top!
Sehr gutes Frühstück mit einem geräumigen Restaurant. Die Kinder hatten sehr freude an der Pancake-Maschine :-)
Die Lage ist auch sehr gut und ruhig. Nahe an U-Bahnstation Ostbahnhof.

Cons:

Die Teppichböden zeigen auffällig viele Flecken auf (wir hatten 2 Zimmer). Auch wenn diese Flecken nur optisch stören, fallen sie halt trotzdem sehr auf.
Hellhörige Zimmer.

modernes Erscheinungsbild des Hotels .

Cons:

Teures Parken ohne Stellplätze . Ein Fernseher ohne Internetzugang oder die Möglichkeit, beispielsweise YouTube zu schauen. Wozu hat man dann überhaupt einen Fernseher?

Ich musste für meinen Hund 25€ bezahlen! Das wurde mir nicht vorher mitgeteilt.
Meine beiden Mails dazu im Vorfeld blieben unbeantwortet.
Auch meine Nachfrage wegen Parkmöglichkeit wurde nicht beantwortet.

Es ist unmöglich das Hotel zu kontaktieren .. per Telefon oder Mail. Ich habe erwas vergessen, seit zwei Tagen probiere ich, das Hotel zu kontaktieren… nichts… keiner geht ans Telefon.. schrecklich…ich bin in München!

Werden nicht nochmal wieder kommen
Cons:

Die Handtücher wurden nicht getauscht, lediglich der Müll entsorgt. Föhn und Klimanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Die Zimmertür konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war den Preis von 21€ pro Person nicht wert, waren sehr enttäuscht für Aufbackbrötchen und Wurst und Käse der ab 9 Uhr nicht mehr aufgefüllt wurde wenn was leer war.
