Ich warte seit mehreren Wochen auf eine korrekt ausgestellte Rechnung.

Am Telefon hebt im Hotel niemand ab und es ruft auch niemand zurück. Auf E-Mails wird nicht geantwortet und die zentrale Kundendienstabteilung (deu-guestrelations@ihg.com) kann das Problem zentral nicht lösen, sondern lediglich ebenfalls Nachrichten an das Hotel senden – bisher gänzlich ohne Reaktion seitens the Niu.

Es ist mir schlicht unverständlich, dass eine banale Angelegenheit wie diese, derartige Ausmaße annimmt.
Was ist so schwer daran, eine korrekte Rechnung auszustellen?

Hotel gut, Personal nicht vorhanden.
Cons:

Leider reagiert das Hotel bzw. die Unterkunft nach mehrmaligen Kontaktaufnahmen nicht und sendet die Rechnung nicht zu. Dementsprechend kann ich das Hotel für Geschäftsreisen nicht empfehlen.

Gut mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Man hat im Grunde alles was man für eine ordentliche Übernachtung benötigt. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und reichlich.
Sicheres Parken in der Tiefgarage ist möglich.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit des Teppichboden im Zimmer ist nur mangelhaft, sowie die Toiletten neben der Tiefgarage waren extrem verschmutzt.
