Parfaite localisation centre Old Town . Superbe terrasse dans le duplex

Cons:

Problème de clé et de coordination Check in et out .Le précédent client a emporté la clé avec lui.Nous avons subi des attentes et va et vient pour résoudre le problème d’accès au duplex . Du coup Check in décevant .

Very centrally located. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooftop bar was very nice. Extra large comfy bed. Balcony overlooking street.

Cons:

Shower was over bath. Prefer separate shower. Bottled water available in mini bar, but I think water should be complimentary given price point of hotel.

Excelente trato del personal del hotel
Pros:

El trato del personal de la recepción del hotel fue excelente. Nos encontramos con un problema durante la primera noche de estancia en el hotel, y al día siguiente lo resolvieron de forma inmediata. Además, la ubicación del hotel es insuperable.

Cons:

La habitación debería ser reformada, presenta desperfectos leves que han sido reparados, (pintura, mobiliario, alicatado del baño y sanitarios).
