Very clean hotel with great staff

Cons:

Rooms weren't very soundproof with next door so loud I had to first bang the wall to them, then go down to reception to complain.
They sorted it out straight away.

Brand new hotel with all the bells and whistles a new hotel has these days.
Pros:

The bed was great our only concern was the hotel is more out of the city then we thought but once you get you head around catching the number 12 tram it’s quite easy.

Cons:

It’s a beautiful hotel.
