Great stay just those 2 issues.
Pros:

The the hotel was exceptionally clean in lobby and rooms.

Cons:

no breakfast available after 9 am, no evevator and no staff to help as they are multitasking is what the sign said at desk.

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable and close to main road without the car noise.
The breakfast area was clean and the options were better than I expected.

Cons:

Even though we asked not to have house keeping, our beds were remade for our second night.
