הצוות בקבלה היה מאד שירותי ועוזר, מתקני הספא ברמה מאד גבוהה, ומאד נקיים. המלון כולו יפהפה, יצירת אמנות מעניינת. יש סיורים להכרת המקום- חדרים, יקב, מוזאון זכוכית, אוספים,... שלא הספקנו לראות לצערינו.ארוחת בוקר עשירה. יש אפשרות גם לארוחות במסעדה טובה במתחם. המיקום בדרך היין, במרחק חצי שעה מברטיסלבה. תמורה מלאה לחוויה. סביב המלון חורשות ונוף מטופח.תרגום של הצוות בקבלה היה מאד שירותי ועוזר, מתקני הספא ברמה מאד גבוהה, ומאד נקיים. המלון כולו יפהפה, יצירת אמנות מעניינת. יש סיורים להכרת המקום- חדרים, יקב, מוזאון זכוכית, אוספים,... שלא הספקנו לראות לצערינו.ארוחת בוקר עשירה. יש אפשרות גם לארוחות במסעדה טובה במתחם. המיקום בדרך היין, במרחק חצי שעה מברטיסלבה. תמורה מלאה לחוויה. סביב המלון חורשות ונוף מטופח.

"The reception staff was incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. The spa facilities are of a very high standard and immaculately clean. The entire hotel is beautiful and feels like an interesting work of art. They offer guided tours to explore the grounds—including the rooms, the winery, the glass museum, and various collections—which unfortunately we didn't have time to do. The breakfast is rich and varied, and there is also an option to dine at an excellent restaurant on-site. Located on the Wine Route, just a half-hour drive from Bratislava, the hotel is surrounded by woods and well-manicured landscapes. It offers absolutely great value for the experience."

Dobry den prišli sme s manželkou osláviť naše 10. výročie svadby a sme veľmi radi, že sme si vybrali práve toto miesto. Všetko bolo krásne a perfektné. Personál bol milý, ústretový a privítanie bolo veľmi príjemné. Jedlá boli vynikajúce, raňajky formou bufetu boli bohaté a veľmi chutné. Odteraz to bude miesto, kam sa budeme radi vracať oddýchnuť si. Ďakujeme za všetko.
