Adorei!
Pros:

Quarto bem espaçoso com janela pra rua, o que eu amei! Os funcionários bem atenciosos, por ser a semana do meu aniversário deixaram cartão no quarto e balões 🥹 queridos! Café da manhã muito boooom!!!

Cons:

Tinha uma goteira no quarto próximo ao banheiro, porém não me incomodou tanto passei apenas uma noite.

Pros:

Loved the staff's positive attitude—they explained and showed us everything we needed, and even allowed us to check in earlier than expected.

Cons:

Upon arriving in the room, the hotel waiter turned on the air conditioner while showing us around. We spent most of the day out, but when we returned, the temperature hadn't changed at all—the AC could hardly be considered working. When going to sleep, we wanted to lower the fan speed. The panel showed 3 speeds, but only the highest setting worked, which was loud and disturbed our sleep. As a result, we had to keep the window open; luckily, it was raining outside, so the air was somewhat cool.

As for breakfast, I'm glad it was 'included in the price.' If we had paid extra for it without knowing what was offered, we would have been very disappointed to essentially just get sandwiches and coffee

Okay stay but not great
Pros:

The staff was friendly and the location was good. I like that it had a mini fridge and bathtub.

Cons:

Our A/C unit in the room barely worked. I was hot the entire time and it made it hard to sleep. Our room was a little run down. The mattress and bedding weren't very comfortable.

Great for all kinds of travelers, perfect for an Italian roadtrip.
Pros:

For guests coming by car, this is an ideal place in Florence. Although the entrance is a bit narrow (not unexpected in Italy), the parking is sizable, comfortable and the location is right at the edge of the ZTL zone, easily accessible. The hotel itself has great and attentive staff, big rooms and even though it is placed on the border of the historic center, it is very calm and quiet.

Cons:

Nothing worth mentioning.

Pros:

Kleines und charmantes Hotel mit netter Einrichtung. Nur circa 1 km vom klassischen Zentrum gelegen, kann man alles wunderbar fußläufig erreichen und entgeht dennoch dem touristischen Trubel.
