If they could fix the quality of food served at the restaurant, it would be great. Excellent property other than that

Muy agusto y tranquilo.
Pros:

Muy tranquilo, a pesar de estar en el centro, se descansa muy bien. Camas muy cómodas, personal muy amable. Muy cerca de la plaza central, iglesias, muchos restaurantes muy variados.. todo muy cerca, puedes llegar caminando sin necesidad de usar taxi.

Cons:

Solo creo que le falta una cortina blackout a la ventana para que no entre tanta luz por la mañana. Todo lo demás muy bien. Como dato adicional, solo hay 2 habitaciones en planta baja... todas estan en el 2o piso y hay que subir escaleras (no hay elevador) por si hay alguna persona que tenga problema con eso, debe considerar antes de reservar.

Cons:

No servía el aire acondicionado (por más que trataron de ayudarnos a que sirviera y tampoco nos pudieron pasar de habitación) , el parqueo cierra a las 11 y abre a las 6:30 entonces si necesitas el vehículo en otras horas no puede quedar el mismo dentro de el parqueo para que lo consideren

Authentic Mexican accommodation and plus an Amazing location!
Pros:

The location was excellent. Only one block from the Zocalo. One block from the Benito Juarez Market too. The room was comfortable and authentic but not flash. As expected from the photos.
Only used the restaurant for breakfast a couple of times and was good.
Staff were all excellent too.

Cons:

Was a bit noisy in the early mornings with work on the street but not the fault of the hotel and looks like it will finish a couple of days after we left. Bad timing on our part but not a major problem.

chambre toute petite, sans fenêtre. le petit déjeuner est très basique (thé ou café, pain de mie, beure et confiture de fraise). si on veut davantage, il faut payer.
