Cons:

Soo hot and noisy again . The noise is terrible.
The blinds didn't cover window and the TV had no options for Internet or apps

Had to get dressed and go down to reception
The receptionist gave me a key to another room( still cold water ..Eventually that one did warm up)
The receptionist also wrote down for me where I could write to, to report this.

Cons:

NO HOT WATER for shower in my room .
You know these things happen(hotel having a refurb , and probably a switch knocked?)

However I wrote to customer service and 14 days later not even an acknowledgement of my email!
I rang and was told it takes 14 days.
You pay the going rate for a comfortable room , nice bed and clean.But you do not expect to go up and down ,room to room around the hotel to get a hot shower! .It would be nice also for some acknowledgement of your issue in a timely manner.

Hotel was under renovation stayed in annexe. Bit far out from city centre but Uber was cheap ride into town.
