Highly recommend this hotel for your stay. The location is perfect for everything in Florence. Check-in and check-out were smooth, with very professional and friendly staff. The breakfast options were fantastic. The room was perfect for a solo traveler with adequate space in the room and bathroom. My stay was for 4 nights, and very happy. I will definitely stay there again.

Хороший тихий отель в шаговой доступности от железнодорожного вокзала и от основных туристических локаций. Приятный персонал, оказывающий помощь даже в несколько эксцентричных просьбах. За что им спасибо, конечно.
Два момента.
1) Душ. Точнее лейка в душе. Когда моется номер, должны мыться не только полы и стены, но и то, чего касаются руки других людей. Вот эта самая душевая лейка была прямо засаленной и захватанной предыдущими постояльцами. Этот вопрос должен жёстко контролироваться, потому что касается гигиены человека.
2) Завтрак. Он реально вкусный и всё такое, но в меню завтрака произошёл перекос в сторону вкусных и сладких булочек (которые возможно дешевле) в ущерб нормальной здоровой пище, содержащей достаточное количество в первую очередь белка животного происхождения, а также овощей (с фруктами проблем как раз не было).

Safe clean hotel with lots of amenities, friendly staff, great breakfast, and convenient walking distance to various amenities, would highly recommend staying here!
Wonderful staff was most helpful. Location was almost perfect (street closure to all traffic made arrival with baggage a little difficult, but easily manageable). Excellent value for our brief stay. Breakfast was excellent, much better than expected. Everything was positive for our visit. We were not surprised to find that the room was quite small, but it was well furnished and functional. We would stay there again.

The hotel was a short walk from the central station and also incredibly well located to walk to all local tourist attractions (from Uffizi and the Duomo, to the Giardino dell’Iris). The hotel staff were also fantastic, making my stay warm and welcoming. Overall, the property was clean, comfortable and well maintained. A great find!
The room was fine and the location of the property was quite central
WARNING - We booked the apartment and there was no details regarding the fact that there was no lift/elevator up to the location of the apartment. We needed to haul our luggage up 2 flights of very steep stairs. If this information was provided I would not have booked this property.
Highly recommended. Our family room (3 people) provided sufficient space during a 10-day stay in Florence. Two double beds, plus an extended desk/counter for all of our things. The bathroom was spacious and had shelves under the sink to store toiletries. All of it modern in an old building.Staff was professional, friendly and provided excellent restaurant tips. The hotel was kept very clean, and served an ample breakfast buffet - sweet and savory. A very busy 10 minute walk from the main train station, but also within walking distance to most major sites. Would stay again.
