Charming hotel with a good breakfast but with tiny rooms/bathrooms.
Pros:

Quaint hotel located in a busy and touristy area of Florence. Quite conveniently close to the main attractions in Florence and near the bus stop as well as the railway station.

Cons:

My biggest issue is the design of the bathrooms. It makes no logical sense to have a toilet so close to the shower to the point where an average sized man like myself had to sit diagonally on the toilet to be remotely comfortable. Poor design.

Would stay there again.
Pros:

Location is great, facilities are also very good. Very clean and spacious room. Breakfast was one of the best we had in Italy. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

Our bed was actually 2 single beds joined into one, which was a bit uncomfortable. Shower water pressure could be better.

Staff are friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The hotel was close to the markets and restaurants. Close proximity to major sites. The second story food mall is great for food with good variety.

Cons:

The front of the hotel is a bit noisy as it’s close to restaurants and markets.

The location was excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful., Our Superior Room (3rd floor) was spacious, modern and clean. The breakfast was good but more selection of hot options would have been better.

Cons:

The lack of storage drawers. The hanging rail in front of the mirror. No hooks to dry towels.

Overall it is a nice hotel in a great location with welcoming staff.
Pros:

The staff members were welcoming and helpful. The room was a great size for a family of 3. I also like the proximity from the station and the rest of the city.

Cons:

They didn’t have the best breakfast and ran out of items quickly.

The perfect place to stay
Pros:

This was an amazing hotel. All of the staff is extremely friendly and always around to answer any questions. The room was very large and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is close to all the sites and restaurants. I would stay here the next time I’m in Florence

Excellent host for our Florence visit!
Pros:

We so enjoyed our 5 day stay at Globus Urban Hotel. We walked there easily from the train station - the location is ideal for all attractions and dining. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and well appointed. I hope we have another opportunity to stay again in the future!
