According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Localização. Próximo a vários estabelecimentos de consumo/ quarto arejado e grande. Em frente a praia. Teve eventos/ café da manhã excelente. Secador no banheiro
Tirando a falta de energia que nos forçou a ficar um período longo fora do hotel nada a reclamar.
Bem localizado, em frente a orla de Camburi com ativodades ao ar livre e comércio próximo. Funcionárias Daniele e Arlete conseguiram realizar o Check-in antes do horário previsto.
Não tem piscina e academia no hotel.

Gostamos do café da manhã, boa comida e bom atendimento.
No chech out tivemos atendimento razoável. Porém, o portão estava com defeito e precisei retornar na recepção para pedir a abertura do portão.
Recepcionista no chech in não teve simpatia e nem orientação com boa vontade. Parece um robô mal programado e mal humorado, seu nome é Lucas. Precisa de treinamento, pois já é a segunda vez que nos atende com simpatia zero.
Localização, simplicidade. O hotel está com boa manutenção, embora seja mais antigo.
Janelas dos fundos são pouco interessantes.
Tamanho e quantidade do quarto, mas a TV é pequena demais
Restaurante precisa melhorar - pizza sem condições.
A estádia é ótima, desde a chegada até ao quarto. Os funcionários são bem legais, bati um papo massa com eles, a localização é perfeita e fica próximo de locais muito legais para visitação. O restaurante deles é bom demais! Café da manhã e principalmente o Espaguete, top demais! Tudo muito bom. Voltaremos novamente em breve.
O único defeito é o banheiro, minha esposa teve um pouco de dificuldade pelo fato de estar gestante e o banheiro ter uma certa altitude para acessar.
