Pros:

Espirito Santo is a wonderful State, we travel by car inland.
The hotel and people were very nice especially Evelyne who gave us a lot of suggestions.

Ótimo atendimento, funcionários atenciosos e proativos. Quarto limpo, café da manhã com várias opções e localização excelente.

Cons:

As meninas da recepção foram maravilhosas, inclusive me ajudaram a montar um roteiro de passeio.

Localização, quarto espaçoso, cama confortável , funcionários muito atenciosos.

Não só no Vitória, mas tenho colocado até como sugestão para outros hotéis, que colocam proteínas maus saudáveis no café da manhã, tipo peito de frango, carme moída, isca de carne e não só coisas que fazem muito mal a saúde como salsicha, linguiça e bacon

decepcionante, esperava mais de um hotel 3 estrelas e com a pontuação que tem no booking

Da recepção, pessoal muito seco com o tratamento, liguei antes de fazer a reserva, me afirmaram que tinha capucino e omelete no café da manhã, mas na verdade eram pagos, janela do banheiro do 5014 sem trava, toda noite abria com o vento e aquela barulheira no quarto, telefone da suite não funciona, cofre não funciona, vizinhos de quarto muito mal educados, batiam porta o tempo todo,.

Beautiful Trip to Vitoria

Good location beach front 15 mi to airport and city center.
Beautiful vibrant atmosphere
Rooms are airy and good
Need to work upon room light, hot water and alleway ceiling. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Almost 0 noise level.
Hotel staff is humple helpful and friendly.
I must mention Ms. Evelyn who work at Guest restaurant of hotel. She is very humble and helpful. Get to know that she is studying medicine along with the work.
She advised to try Tapioca with cheese. It turn out to be very tasty for soothing my indian taaste buds.

Gostei das acomodações e do atendimento, e da localização.

Cons:

O café da manhã pode melhorar um pouco mais, podem oferecer um cardápio com maior variedade. Também podem melhorar as ofertas do frigobar com preço menos exploradores evitando que o hospede tenha de recorrer de produtos fora do hotel.

A localização, o conforto e educação dos funcionários é fantástica. Hotel muito bem localizado, muito bem cuidado e limpo.

Cons:

O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor. Mais opções, pois,embora seja um café bom, pequenos detalhes o tornariam excelente, como iogurte e mais diversidade de pães e bolos.
