Pros:

Front staff was AMAZING! They were nice to talk with and have great advice about local places. They made the stay exceptional. The beds were so comfortable, I missed the hotel room once I got home.

Cons:

Not much. If anything, that large room needed a bit more decor and it would have been nice to have all the buttons working on the shower head, but all in all it was an excellent stay.

Pros:

Room location was great. Very good breakfast. Friendly evening staff.

Cons:

Morning staff was just there didn't seem to want to interact. Like to sleep to the light of the TV, but TV would not stay on. There was a clicking and tapping sound from the refrigerator that kept us awake.

Unacceptable check-in
Pros:

After a 3 hour flight delay having engine failure coming from Nashville to Raleigh on June 11th. Arrived at HI around 12:30 am June 12th. Receptionist had taken my name and 3 people walked up to buy snacks and receptionist stopped checking me in to wait on them. You ALWAYS wait on the first customer.

Room smelled terrible and the toilet didn’t flush and the walls had old dried boogers on them. The shower won’t stop dripping either
