Everything was worst except the location

Rooms are Not modern, didn't have the coffee maker it said the room had bore sis our balcony have two chairs and a table like the others. There was a rusted desk chair out there and a makeshift table. The shower floor felt like it was going to break and the drains were very slow draining. We had toilet paper stuck in the peephole of the door when we got there.

The hotel is old and infested with roaches. Room 501 was unbelievably disgusting. The bathroom had roaches, the bed was hard, the curtains were falling down, and the sink had no water pressure. The indoor pool is old, and the elevators are as well. Stay away from this hotel. You will be sorry if you book here.

Hotel wasn’t as clean as it should have been.

I did not like the filthy room, the room was so dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned. I reported it to staff at the front desk. They basically told me that if I didn’t like it, they couldn’t move me to another room, but I could leave the hotel which there was no more vacancies at the other hotels around. The room was honestly so dirty that they had the maintenance man come up to the room to clean the bathroom which still had pubic hair in the shower, walls had to be wiped down due to the non-cleaning of the room, the telephone had all this built-up dirt and filth which looked like crust, the toilet was horrible with black streaks around the seat, the floors were never vacuumed, clock sitting there, not working with 1 prong instead of 2 basically if you did not have a phone or a watch, you wouldn’t have never known the time, the telephone in the room had so much built-up crust on it that look like it had never been cleaned in years, there was still crumbs over where the microwave sets even up on the ledge by the microwave. Basically they sent the maintenance man to clean the room for all that I mentioned to try to make me happy but this was a trip that my daughter wanted to take for her graduation and it was totally not worth $403 for the night or any other night the way that hotel looked and the staff acted horrible except for the maintenance guy named Justin or Josh who came to clean the room after we were checked in. The room looked like they should have rented it for free.

No Continental breakfast n the app said you did. No hot water, no room service, no towels n wash clothes in the room. The worst thing was a pipe was in the frt of the building that I hurt my foot on.

No blankets, hairdryer or clock in room shredded drapes, 2 ice machine es for whole building, old, run down, not taken care of, feet stick to carpet

It was not clean place to be for the amount of money they charge … disappointed

Little things needed fixed
Our door would not shut without pulling hard
The phone rang off and on the first 2 days contacted front desk no one came so unplugged it
Hall carpet was stained like a banana split had been dropped at one point. Not us though

Our experience started off completely wrong. The curtains in the room and the outdoor chairs had multiple blood stains on them, immediately making the room a health hazard. The bathtub was incredibly FILTHY! It was visibly caked with dirt and grime. Fortunately, I brought with me bleach cleaner to disinfect the room with. Our bedding had only ONE sheet, no pillowcases, and no blanket. The elevators were constantly not working. We were leaving from the 6th floor, the elevator door opened extremely slowly then rapidly closed. When I brought the issue up with a Front Desk employee, she jokingly replied "Was it the ghost?" I didn't think that was the best response to a guest. Speaking of the elevators, there were holes in the wall on either side of the elevator call buttons. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I recognize this isn't a high end hotel, but a certain standard should be expected not only for the guests, but the brand as a whole. I will be making a formal complaint to the parent company about this stay.

The room had bed bugs the shower curtain and the wall in the bathroom looked like it had blood on it. No breakfast room

Hice check-out a las 11 am, regrese a las 5pm porque olvide una mesa y me dijeron que housekeeping no entregó la mesa y la guardaron en su lugar y que no tenían la llave, porque el personal de limpieza no entrega las cosas al front desk?

Heruntergekommenes Hotel. Im Zimmer gab es nur 2 Tücher. Kein Tuch für auf den Boden im Bad.

Needs updated. Elevators kept breaking down. Rooms were not cleaned well. Doors downstairs were always unlocked as the card readers didn't work. Pool was freezing. Sheets on our bed were wrong size. One bed had a blanket the other didnt.
