Everything was broken. Fridge, phone, lights, outlets, door locks, no AC in the halls, very run down, needs remodeled badly. Refused to turn on the lights so it wasn't dark at the indoor pool when it was only 8pm and said it was open until 10 or 1030. Trash and filth behind the dressers and night stands. Found a whole alarm clock radio behind my TV stand that I don't know how long was there. Have to ask for blankets bc they only put sheets on the beds and only gave us 2 towels and had to ask for wash clothes. Ridiculous. For paying over 1300 for 5 nights for both of my rooms this place is a joke. :( very poorly ran!

Nothing was clean. I had to go buy cleaning products. The towels had shit stains toiet with shit. The AC i went to turn it on is was dirty and filters were clogged. The room wasn't even vacuum or clean.

I RSVP a Oceanview she gave me a 1st floor and it was all bushes at the slide door. No ocean. She kept saying that's all the had. The room had been used. The bed was messed up, trash in the can and towels on floor. The 2nd lady mysteriously found us a room on 6th floor. Walls were dirty, toilet ran all night. Then on Sunday the water was cut off over an hour with no warning.

The air conditioning didn't work. Opened up the panel to the air-conditioning unit to find it had dried up ramen noodles in it. There was a small used bandage stuck to the unit. The water in the shower was coming out of 3 different places and the tub was backing up to ankle depth.
The hotel was dirty the bathroom wasn’t even cleaned. And I mean the toilet was a mess I had to get some one to clean it. The walls had blood on them I asked for a new room and the lady was so mean. I didn’t have towels and she about threw them at me. Awful place.
The entire place was a mess. I went to the store and bought Clorox wipes and cleaned the walls the doors the bathroom. Wiped everything down.

NO AC in room. hotel is out dated and dirty. bath tub leaked heavily all night and was loud. Had to sleep with balcony door open for cool air TV did not work when we entered the room. trash was left on the balcony. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. this was a getaway for my 3rd wedding anniversary HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING.
