It was overall ok. I definitely would not pay this much again to stay here.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

A lot of the fun stuff was happening 4/5 blocks down from us. Rooms were not cleaned daily. Went first 3 days without clean towels and without clean bedding. Only 1 washer was available for the entire hotel. The other washer was out of order. I had a 82 dollar charge from the hotel for “amenities”, without any notice. Hallways were so hot you couldn’t even walk, rollaway carts aren’t available seeing as there was only 8 for the whole hotel, so we had to make 4 trips up and down the elevator to get our stuff to our car.

Cons:

I didn’t like that my family and myself got stuck on the elevator for about 15-20mins. That was one of my moms worst fear, it became hot and extremely scary! My nieces were also very afraid and shaken. The stuff was very apologetic and refunded me my resort fee for the 3 rooms i booked this was on 5.30.26/5.31.26. I was told the general manager was going to reach out to me that following Monday, however i waited for the call and never received it. But again the morning front desk stuff was very nice and apologetic.

Super dirty and the place was falling apart. Stains on the beds, towels, and shower curtains. Just a nasty place.

It was nice being directly at the beach. Otherwise we did not stay on the room any longer than to sleep we had to go buy

The room was not clean. The shower curtain was full of mold. The balcony was filthy. The sheets had holes in them. The elevator door closed on my hand and did not retract and the staff didn’t care about that. The room had mold around the doorway at the sliding door. The mattress skirt was filthy. I tried to hold the elevator down open and it closed on me I had to pull with force to get my hand out. The staff doesn’t care.

I love the fact of this hotel is oceanfront without all of the expenses the staff is really friendly. Do wish that they had breakfast But there is a lot of breakfast area nearby…we will definitely be coming back.

But more towels and cool them rooms down, other than that great stay perfect location.

Cons:

We had no towels in the room. Looked old and dingy. Holes in the wall. Staff could have been a little friendlier. Someone from Wyndham management needs to visit unexpectedly. They may change having their name attached to a place so rundown. Just needs a remodel from head to toe.
