Great location, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Since it was raining during our stay, it was nice that we hardly needed to leave the hotel. The service was exceptional—everyone was friendly, helpful, and consistently went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The indoor pool was also a highlight, and we appreciated that they had toys available for children.
Only small things and certain aspects of the room could have been better that we’ve noticed in other luxury hotels like the toilet paper and having a switch to open the blinds.

The best therapist in whole New York is namely TSERINC as she gave a beautiful therapeutic journey with every second of happiness to the skin with glowing results on completion of her treatment as a ceremony that took us to the hills of Himalayas, without traveling away from New York City .

Как это часто бывает, сперва пытались нам подсунуть какой-то «клоповник», хот мы были и уставшие после долго перелета, мы решили потренировать то, на что мы рассчитывали, номер заменили но ощущения были максимально неприятные, я всегда неловко себя чувствовал когда они в США так делали.
Резюмирую, больше в него не заселюсь, неоправданно дорого.
If there would be an option to give a negative star I would.
The lobby and bar/ restaurant is beautiful but for such a high price tag the staff are oblivious and inattentive. Drinks are watered down, despite an army of staff it was a monumental effort to get their attention.
Save your monies and spend someplace else.
I would NEVER go back.

Prachtig hotel gelegen vlak aan Central Park. Metrostation op wandelafstand. Mooie kamer en ruime badkamer. Heel lang binnenzwembad en goed uitgeruste fitness. Toffe en gezellige bar.
Net zoals alles in NY valt de prijs niet mee, maar dat weet je op voorhand.

Wow, this place is just amazing. Its like a castle in the sky above manhattan. Staff was super helpful, they held on to a cake I had for the day, rooms were huge crazy clean and bathrooms were so so fancy. View was amazing and the local mall and location were the best. It was my wife's birthday and they left us a small cake and letter. Super sweet staff, I'll never forget this.
Prices are a bit much but worth a try. Lounge gets pretty crowded, bed sheets kinda too heavy but thats just me.
