Ok but spoiled by pvetnight power outage.

No staff.
No power on 2nd night, so no air conditioning, no light, no power for TV or phone charger. No staff to respond until following morning.

Pros:

La macchinetta per il caffé in camera

Cons:

La camera era a piano terra - la finestra dà su un vicolo e in pratica non si può aprire, essendo piccola la camera era un pò claustrofobica- secondo me andava specificato al momento di scegliere

Super Lage und süsses Zimmer.

Die Dusche ist etwas unpraktisch und verursachte bei der Nutzung eine kleine Überschwemmung im Bad.

Очень понравился отдых в Венеции!
Отель оказался уютным, чистым и с отличным расположением — до основных достопримечательностей было удобно добираться пешком. Персонал очень вежливый и всегда готов помочь. Номер комфортный, атмосфера настоящей итальянской Венеции. Особенно понравилась тишина вечером после прогулок по городу.
С удовольствием остановился бы здесь снова и рекомендую этот отель другим путешественникам!

Спокойный отдых
Pros:

Отель расположен в 10 минутах от вокзала, что очень удобно. Мы прибыли в Венецию утром и оставили свой рюкзак в отеле и так же поступили в день отъезда. Девушка на ресепшен очень внимательная и вежливая. У меня был день рождения в день прибытия и мне оставили милое поздравление с лепестками роз. Комната в отеле была не большого размера, но для Венеция это нормально. Отель уютный, недавно наверное был ремонт. Все чистое и опрятное. В номере можно найти все, что вам необходимо для принятия душа, а так же удобные белые тапочки были в наличии. Так же есть кофемашина, кофе, вода, печения. В первый раз я обнаружила утюг в номере. Было тихо и совсем не слышно шума с улицы.

Once we figured out how to access the lobby and rooms, everything was as expected and worked well.
Pros:

Digital checkin process was fine if you are ok with doing everything over the phone

Cons:

A few guest were not aware there was no one managing the lobby and were confused how to check in and get to their rooms
