Un sejur foarte bun!
Pros:

Locatia a fost perfecta! Curatenia impecabila, patul foarte confortabil iar pozitionarea hotelului a fost exact ce aveam nevoie, aproape de tot ce voiam sa vizitam. Restaurante la iesirea din hotel, cafenele, gondole.

Cons:

Camera foarte mica si intunecata.

Great value for money, excellent choice in Venice
Pros:

Check in and check out contactless and well-explained, good renovation of the room, ability to leave our luggage after check out was especially appreciated. Very good location - close to the piazalle Roma and easy to get to Marco Polo square as well. Nice authentic lobby!

Great value for money
Pros:

Excellent location, close to the railway station but quiet and at a nice Walk to to Rialto and San Marco.

Fint hotell med bra läge men dålig lukt i ett rum
Pros:

Läget var bra och hotellet var fint renoverat. Bokningen och incheckningen var väldigt smidig.

Cons:

Vi hyrde två rum och det ena hade väldigt stark lukt av mögel som gjorde det svårt att sova. När vi ringde och försökte få byta rum så var det ingen som svarade.

Pros:

Все было отлично, номера чистые, есть рецепция, где можно оставить вещи до заселения, хорошая локация - до Сан Марко 15 минут пешком, до вокзала 5 минут. Ежедневная уборка номеров.

Ottima posizione, stanza confortevole e pulita, letto comodo.

Cons:

I servizi lasciano a desiderare. Mancano saponi in bagno (c'è solo bagnodoccia), non c'è cassaforte e il quadro con cui comunicare se rifare o meno la camera era non funzionante. Ma il vero problema è stato il personale inesistente. Ho avuto bisogno di contattarlo ma non c'è modo di farlo con rapidità, nessuno è in reception e al telefono non rispondono, su booking impiegano fino a 24h. Curioso considerato che il giorno del checkin, in cui per una serie di vicissitudini non sono riusciti a contattarmi se non dopo qualche ora, avevano minacciato di cancellare la prenotazione (pagata) per tale ragione (non rispondevo e dovevo compilare un self checkin e pagare la tassa di soggiorno). Se era così fondamentale forse era meglio scriverlo come primo messaggio al momento della Prenotazione. Ad ogni modo la situazione si è risolta per fortuna,ma resta un po' di sgomento per la cosa.
