Pros:

Location was excellent. Easy access to train. The check-in area lacked a lot. Our initial requested disability barrier-free room was tight, and had a shower in the bathtub. Not ideal and difficult to manage. We changed to a regular room, which was better for a wheelchair and walker than the disability barrier-free room ! Happy with location, cleanliness and staff. Okay for the price

Perfect hotel for our first trip to Osaka
Pros:

Perfect location. Dontonburi, Namba just on the doorstep. Really appreciated the Konbini in the basement too. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were fabulous.

Pros:

Location location location ! Right where you need to be from main station and from all the stores and restaurants. Breakfast was good. Hotel is kind of like a museum and I love the front of the hotel. Good size room.

Nothing really. I wished they had a cheese platter in breakfasts

Sehr zentral in Namba gelegen; geräumiges, sauberes Zimmer; ordentliches Frühstück; hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal; direkte Anbindung an die Namba-Station; sehr gut gelegen, um Dontonbori zu erkunden; auch bei schlechtem Wetter, kann man hier viel unternehmen, da direkt vor dem Hotel eine überdachte Shopping Street sich befndet.
