Superó nuestras espectativas
Pros:

Nos impresiono el hotel sobrepasó lo que habíamos esperado, no necesitamos salir del metro porque tiene acceso directo al hotel, después el personal nos mostró que teníamos en el piso 1 un acceso a un kombini sin salir del hotel, las habitaciones grandes superan el estándar japones, personal muy dedicado y amable. La vista de las habitaciones son espectaculares, el desayuno es buffet y todo lo que probamos estaba delicioso, tuvimos problemas de internet y nos lo solucionaron de inmediato con unos modem, la decoración y obras que decoran el hotel son bellísimas. El mejor de los 4 hoteles que visitamos en nuestra visita a Japón, realmente si volvemos nos quedaremos de nuevo en este hotel, quedamos muy felices y relajados.

Pros:

The location was excellent. It's connected to the subway; which then connects to nearby department stores and shopping streets. It rained the first day we visited and it kept us from having to wander outside to explore Osaka. The check-in/out process was smooth and the staff was very welcoming. Would definitely return again.

We would stay again if we were in Osaka.
Pros:

We liked the location of the property being central but not too close to the chaos. It was within walking distance to everything with a subway right next door. There was also a Lawson for late night snacks on the ground level of the hotel. The hotel was quite spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo that we stayed in which made opening up our suitcases a bit easier.
