Estadia muito agradável e hotel confortável.

A localização era excelente, em Namba, muito central, com acesso às estações de metro, o hotel era confortável, um bom pequeno almoço. O serviço foi muito bom.

Cons:

Não gostei do gerente, quando pedi informação para restaurantes os funcionários da receção foram excelentes e muito disponíveis em ajudar, no entanto como demorou algum tempo, foram chamados à atenção pelo gerente. Depois o mesmo indicou-me um prédio onde havia alguns restaurantes por piso mas claramente numa tentativa de despachar, sem o mínimo cuidado em explicar do que se tratavam. Tenho boa impressão dos funcionários que eram simpáticos e disponíveis mas muito má impressão do gerente.

אחלה מלון מיקום מושלם
Pros:

המיקום של המלון הוא הכי טוב שיש, במרכז של המרכז.
יש מתוך המלון יציאה לתחנה וFamily mart. היה מאוד מאוד נוח.
חדר סבבה, גדול יחסית.

Cons:

אין הרגשה של מלון. הלובי קטן כזה ובקומה גבוהה. זה מרגיש כמו בניין שיש בו הרבה דברים חוץ מהמלון ואין תחושה של פינוק.
בנוסף הם המלון היחיד שגבה לנו תשלום על מיטת תינוק על כל לילה. מחיר גבוהה יחסית למה שמקבלים.
