A great location, 5 minutes walk from Sapporo Station and with easy access to everything lovely Sapporo has to offer. There’s abundant food options plus a 7eleven and Lawson nearby. The staff were welcoming and our room was very clean and comfortable. Our room had a nice city view looking towards the mountains. The guest lounge has complimentary tea/coffee/soft beverages available in the afternoon.

Cons:

The only small negative from our perspective was there is 1 washing machine available in each public bath, so 2 machines for the hotel. They are combined washer/dryer so have long cycles, and it was pretty difficult to snag one.

Great stay. Big rooms. We didn’t feel cramp as we had 3 adults to a room.
Pros:

Close to JR Sapporo and the shopping complexes there. But underground tunnel that leads to Susukino.

Cons:

A little far to Susukino but there are other shopping district near this hotel

Pros:

The staff at the front desk and restaurant were all nice and helpful. The room was clean and room cleaning service was provided daily. The breakfast buffet provided a reasonable range of choices and all of the food was fresh and delicious. We have really enjoyed our stay here!
